It was not changed but impossible to reach with selling 100% of the tokens with the pre-sale bonus. 20 million max supply and 55% community tokens mean that max. to purchase was 11 million. With the pre-sale price of 466 SETH of 1 ETH 22k ETH was the hard cap.

No, there won't be an ICO. Everything is sold out. 23.600 ETH was raised. (Website states not precise).
You can calculate: 23.600 * 466.6 SETH (40% Bonus included) = 11.000.000
So every token was sold out. Only way to get token is, when it hits exchanges on march.
