Reward halves every 21,000 blocks. We will approach block 42,000 in about 8 and a half hours from now. Reward going from 250 per block to 125 per block. Hold your MEC!

Having some issues when solo mining on windows 7 x64:
1. Out of six rigs, only four can connect to the QT at any time. Doesn't matter which four, there's always two that will not connect. cgminer says theres no pool available. A non working rig will start working the moment i shut down cgminer on a working rig.
2. When solo mining, rigs will disconnect randomly without reason and never reconnect. CGminer reports the pool does not exist although it had been mining on the pool and other rigs are still connected.
Normally when solo mining and switching coins I can just close and open the new coins wallet to switch my rigs. However I noticed with megacoin that these issues popped up without any obvious resolution. And since none of these issues exist with any other coins I have mined I thought maybe someone in here can help me figure it out.

My client does not update any more. It has 8 connections to the network but its stuck at block 42159 - and won't update any more.
Help!
[Edit:] Is there a general problem with Megacoin? We seem to be stuck at block 42159 for quite some time now.

Well 42159 is the current block... ... which was generated 2 hours ago. Network hash was very high before the reward halved recently, there will be some slow blocks until the difficulty comes down to make it the most profitable to mine again. |

It has been at block 42159 for a very long time
It might be one of those random extremely difficult blocks that happen sometimes.
