I think cryptocurrency scanner will be a really indispensable piece of tool to project what will happen to cryptocoins out there. All of them are hard to monitor already. So many of them. This will make our job and life easier and analization faster.

What I know there is not any minimal amount, they has not set soft cap  They will work regardless collected amount

Algory doens't have soft cap. They say that they're working on the product no matter how ICO is going. Algory is utility token. It doens't gives shares and it is not investment.

I think it's because of the bitcoin hard-fork known as "super bitcoin" no one wants to let go of free money but once it's over I am confident that money will start flowing into ICO.
