Its a lot easier and better to hodl than to buy at a lower price and sell at a higher price(trading). There are instances when you try to buy at a lower price while the price keeps on dropping this might invariably might leads to massive loss however as a trader this method of trading requires some expertise else the whole account will be blown out
However hodling does not requires as form of expertise but its not as profitable as trading.
Yeah, I agree about hodling rather than trading because it is much easier to hodl some Bitcoin but it really depends on the person because there are people that are really good at trading and predicting prices and they get a lot of profit from trading and trading also need a lot of time and concentration because you need to check the market every now and then. I wanna clear out that I'm not against trading and both this two kinds of method to earn profits are good and really profitable if you know what you are doing. Cool

yes of course it can be very profitable and indeed it's the right way to trade, don't let you sell the bitcoin you have at the price below when you buy bitcoin because it will make you lose, as much as possible wait until the price becomes expensive and you can sell it so you can benefit.

In previous years, it was very advantageous to simply hold bitcoin and this brought very large profits to its holders up to a thousand percent or more. This year, the bitcoin holders did not receive any profit from simply keeping bitcoin and the only possibility of obtaining it is the periodic sale of a part of the bitcoins, when it rises in price by several thousand dollars, and its purchase at the appropriate price descents.

I also had same point of view few days ago but the current situation is very much unpredictable because there is no sign of rising the market.

hello experts,
Is it more profitable to Hold BTCBTC or buying a lower price and selling at higher?
Thanks,

Holding and selling at a high rate are both profitable. A good strategy and target goal is needed if you prefer the trading and selling at a high market value. In holding you will just sit back and relax and wait for the market to boost up.

Base on my knowledge and personal experience in cryptocurrency, Mixing both is a very good method to adopt as for example; storiqa went up so high within 2days due to NASDAQ article and I sold off all my storiqa and waited for 7days before buying back the same storiqa at a very discounted price. I now hold *8 of my supposed bags of storiqas. Sell off when the FOMO is very high and wait 5-7days to buy back when the tempo is completely down.

I am preferrable of buying coins at a lower price and selling at higher price , I think this could be profittable and can earn more gains from your investment.

Both good idea
Holding BTC can be your savings in case of emergency but it has a bad side too and because you will never know when will bitcoin go or up how, imagine when you're still holding BTC in a higher price like when in goes to 5,700 and goes down again; but when you're buying a lower price and selling at  higher is better idea because you will gain more money on that strategy but the decision is yours, just decide when or what ever you want to do, don't just trust to the ideas in internet because 90% ideas come from internet is just a bullshit when you're a investors you should think wise trust yourself more than the internet or others you didn't know.

When you hold it has its own advantage which is different from buying and selling
Most time people hold their coin when decision is yet be made on buying or selling, but in the period the value is patiently monitored. Buying is usually favourable when the price is low.

I prefer to hold bitcoin as long as possible, as it is the most secure and profitable. I do not strive for fast money and evaluate the prospects of cryptocurrency in the future.

The price of bitcoin is very unpredictable and I prefer not to risk it but just keep my coins as long as possible until the price is high and valid. I'm taking my time.

Trading is always accompanied by certain risks, so if you do not have skills in trading, I would advise you to refrain from doing so. It is much more reliable to use long-term investment.

Both have their advantages yet different. Initially, you'd be opted to buy bitcoins in their lowest value, and from there you can hold on to them until the value gets higher.

Your decision really depends on the choice of your strategy. My strategy about bitcoin is to hold it and invest in it in the long term. I don't support bitcoin trading. For these purposes I can use some altcoins that have accumulated in my crypto portfolio.but if the price of bitcoin moves sloping and the price goes up, of course holding Bitcoin will be more profitable when we can sell it at a very high price.

It all depends on the risk that you can able to manage. Lower price altcoins is high risk but it has a potential to get a bigger profit compared to Bitcoin. But if you want to minimize the risk I suggest to stay in Bitcoin because we all know that Bitcoin will surely rise and and make a sure profit.

Bitcoin is big source of income. Hold and buying low rate and sale high rate both are good. What are you choice its depends on you. Holding mean long term patience you need to keep long time to earn good profit. Other hand buy low and sale high its low profit but instant.

Hey, It is more profitable to buy BTC in low price and sell it in high price. If you don't hope that, BTC price won't increase then you can hold it for future and I hope you can earn good profit.

At this point in time, it is profitable to keep Bitcoin, and possibly even buy it. Soon he will undoubtedly return the lost positions, and exceed them. Bitcoin is the future.
