It will depends on requirement of bounty campaign rules. Some of them want at least jr member and some of them only want number of twitter flowers.  Most campaigns accept all ranks.You should read it carefully.

In some bounties you dont need to have even bitcointalk account. Such companies have own cabinets in their own sites. Usually the main rule is to have at least 100-200 subscribers. Usually everyone is accepted.

I think for all campaigns. must rank from Jr. above. To avoid some people create multiple accounts and fraud. and you too. Employees running the campaign require us to reach the rank of Jr or above. to ensure equality and inflation

It depends on the requirement set by the Bounty campaign.  There were few campaigns that doesn't specify the rank requirement but most of them were strict to the number of followers and real friends you have.

I think in social media bounty campaign does not require a rank to join like twitter and facebook. It just only require the number of followers and friends to be accepted.

As far as I know yes.
Because every time Im lookong for a campign in the service section.
I also see that twitter campaign only accept JR.member and up.
So I think that if you really wanted to join in a particular campaign,
Alteast you must be a jr.member to participate and to be qualify.
By the way its easy to be rank up you'll just wait and make a quality post.

As i know from my experience so far, there are some project that need at least jr member to become their participants although thats twitter or facebook campaign. But mostly of the project dont require such thing. If you can be jr member is better but please read the rule before joining.

As far as I know, all can participate the twitter campaign or any social media campaign, as long as you have the required no. of followers for a campaign. Even newbies can join as long as their social media accounts qualifies.

For most of the Bounties, "Newbie" is fine.

There is no point in being a high ranked member on that forum if your bounty task is for another site. Don't worry, I bet you can have Newbie with 5 posts and still take your part at Twitter or Youtube campaign.

It depends to the rule of twitter bounty campaign but moslty even if you a newbie or jr member you can joon at twitter campaign and atleast you meet the recquirements like minimum of 1000 followers and make a 5 tweet and retweet in just one week the same at facebook campaign

In some bounties, it requires you to be at least Jr member to be eligible to join twitter campaign. They probably enforce this rule to prevent users from creating multiple accounts or they only want participant that have enough knowledge about cryptocurrency.
