Well, to be honest, I've been watching this thread because for some reason it amuses me. By the way, Joey you are incorrect when you say

We can do what we want with our money. It is none of anyone's business.

I looked into it, and if anyone bothers to file a claim, you can be barred from receiving welfare. Someone would have to make a call though, because they have no email. http://www.ocowf.org/TPage19.aspx
Online gambling is strictly prohibited within the U.S, and use of welfare benefits to purchase illegal goods or partake in illegal activities, will have your payments taken away.

Sure would suck if you pissed someone off enough to make the call, and you lost your living because of a $100 loan online.

So, Joey, are you willing to take the risk of all your government dole benefits being taken away, or are you going to be nice and give the money you owe back?

+1

Joey you have to learn that real life actions have consequences. Your are lucky that most of us are nice people and haven't reported you yet but if you borrow from the wrong person they might report you. Your best bet (I heard you like bets so this might help) is to give the money back.

Online gambling is strictly prohibited within the U.S, and the use of welfare benefits to purchase illegal goods or partake in illegal activities, will have your payments taken away. Depending on state, purchase of alcohol can also have your welfare taken away. (The state doesn't want to feed drug/alcohol/gambling addicts)

Sure would suck if you pissed someone off enough to make the call, and you lost your living because of a $100 loan online.

Edit* Forgot to mention all of the prostitution offers. Pretty sure that wouldn't look to good either.
I don't use welfare funds, only welfare I use is food stamps and that is to buy food with. And the online casinos/poker I play at is legal. So try again.

wrong! silly joey. online gambling with any actual loss or gain is subject to taxation. if the taxes aren't paid, the gambling is illegal. also, you seem to be ignoring the fact that you have offered to prostitute yourself to various users.

some of whom may be minors.

ie, you could be a pedophile! do you think pedos get welfare?

Yes

Again, it doesn't have to be an illegal casino (assuming there are any legal gaming sites in the U.S) at the state level, it is banned in many states from going into a licensed government run casino and gambling with welfare. Because you are gambling online, it falls under federal law, which is much more strict. You cannot gamble with welfare money at all, legal or not. You can however go into an Ohio run casino and gamble, for a little while longer anyway.

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/nation/story/2012-07-08/welfare-purchase-restrictions/56100508/1'

But like I said, its only a problem if someone reports it. I'm not really involved enough to call myself, although I would like to see Austin's funds returned. It is kind of irritating me your sense of entitlement. The guy gives you a 1 BTC loan that you know you can't pay off, and now its a terrible inconvenience to you, that he wants his money back?

NO, you are wrong. The laws about that just restrict you from using your welfare card at a casino.

Quoting this for laughs. FYI, I wouldn't be admitting to prostitution, that's something that is kind of frowned upon.

NO, you are wrong. The laws about that just restrict you from using your welfare card at a casino buffet.

Fixed that for you.

Sorry, I do plan on recovering my money and all the information posted may help others. It's easier to use this thread, but you're more than welcome to avoid it if you choose.

Regardless of whether your gambling with disability money is legal, you are a prostitute. Have some common sense, Joey. Would you rather go to court for Welfare fraud and prostitution or pay me BTC1?

I think he likes the attention. He would probably offer to suck off the judge and prosecutors even if they convicted him. Bottom line is, this jack off has passed way too many lines with way too many people. STOP SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO REPORT ALL OF THESE THINGS, AND JUST DO IT.

Although, I do understand the frustration of not getting your 1 BTC back. What an asshole this guy is. I will offer .05 BTC to the fund of who ever takes responsibility of reporting him.

To be honest, I don't think he was ever thought that stealing was bad. If he makes any money from his "services" you might also have a case to report him for tax fraud. I really doubt he pays any taxes.

To Joey:

Pay it Back. Getting some new "customers" might be a good way to start.
