He might, but I'll leave it up to the collector to take appropriate actions.
No offense, but you sound like the typical internet tough guy. "Appropriate actions" means what? Beat him up and then get sent to prison? Or more realistically, he shuts the door, and then you go to prison for trying to rough him up. If you really care, take him to court, which is the responsible and legal thing to do.

I can use my disability money on anything I want. There is no laws or rules against that. As for small claims court, There would be no judgement cause disability is not garnisable...I know cause I owe a lot of people. HAHA so fuck you.

There are laws that prohibit its use for certain things, eg. gambling. It has been discussed here.

You say disability money is yours however your mom worked for it. Would that not make it her money and not yours? So really your borrowing from her being 30+ years old and defaulting on those loans too.

However, if drugs/alcohol contribute to the disability then the checks will stop coming. In addition, you must be receiving treatment to keep getting money (unless you have a good excuse).

Hey Austin, PM me when you can. I live near Pittsburgh and I know a few people who would drive the ~150 miles to this motherfuckers' house and exact a little payback just on principle. PM me a private email address and I'll get you in touch with them and they can hear your story.
What this asswipe does is just wrong and he enjoys playing people with all his whiny excuses. He's broke? He has nothing? He's a loser in every way imaginable? Not a problem, we'll get his ass fixed real quick and make an example out of him.
But if he decides to do the smart thing and pay you back in full, let me know right away.

Joey, what are you going to do if windows (or other things) in your house start breaking in the middle of the night? How are you going to afford to fix them? Will you have to move to a rent controlled complex where your activities won't be allowed?
If you continue to scam people, it's going to happen. You can't break the law and expect everyone else to follow it.

Our house is insured. I'm sure you have deductibles on your insurance policy. $500 out of your pocket for every incident. Go ahead and go to the police. Do you think they will ask why it's happening? Eventually they are going to find out that you are an active fraudster and charge YOU. I don't think it's going to stop windows from breaking in your house in the wee hours of the morning.

I can't wait for a pic of your house with all windows boarded up and a sign on the front door saying "Unfit for human occupancy". Hopefully the people visiting you will be more creative, such as breaking down your doors, or smashing a stolen car through the front of the house.

Me and my mom know the policy like the back of our hand.
