Why people says gold is better?

They said that gold is better because of its value, the bigger value the better to invest, it is like in bitcoin. Bitcoin is better because of its high value in the market.

Yes many of people are says that the gold is batter Because his value is higher then bitcoin.  Because many people are not known about bitcoin. So,  the people are thinks that the gold is batter then the bitcoin.

Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket,restaurants and some institutions.But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?

Because gold is generally used by many people and also has a real physical form. Gold has also existed for a long time and it is believed that the price will continue to rise and will not go down. Gold is a very valuable thing in this modern era.

Because gold has been around even before bitcoin was found. And compared to bitcoin, gold is very much tangible. In terms of value, gold has been constantly increasing and its price seldom decreases because gold is now rarely found

Gold is a valuable metal, you can trade gold in every country and gold can be make into jewellery and other things, gold has been existed for a very long time and atill consider as one of the valuable things by all people, this indicates that gold is very suitable for a long term and there are not many fluctuations in gold, the rising is very stable

But still, crypto dominates the market when it comes about revenue. Gold is a good long term metal to hold, but Bitcoin is extremely awesome on long term.

Well, That's one of the reason why gold is better than Bitcoin. But, As you've observe what's happenning right now, Bitcoin has been popular in many places and countries. But it is not enough to be better than gold. Gold has been legalized to all countries and it is used in all transactions and trading. Well, Bitcoin has been accepted in many countries but it is not good enough to call as reall popular because many people are not familiar in it. Gold is better than Bitcoin because it is the best currenncy to used in many transactions for its characteristic that it is stable in value and centralized.

Try to  give to an over60 person a piece of paper with a qr on it and say that is better than a solid gold coin😅!

Gold is concidered better for a few reason, most of which have been said here, but there's a few interesting ones that (as far as I've read 'cos this is a long thread) have been missed.

When the stock markets fall, gold goes up. So when fiat wobbles it's reliable and will gain value. Rich people have gold as insurance for if their stocks crash.

But the really interesting one is that you don't pay tax on gold! (In the UK anyway). It's the best tax fiddle, esspecially as usually only the rich can use this to avoid paying taxes. Want to leave your family a big pile of money but get out of paying inheritance tax? Give them gold. Want to get out of paying tax for something you've sold? Sell it for gold.

Who's heard of the "Golden Rule"? What it really means is, he who has the gold makes the rules!

as i think lack of complete knowledge can say that gold is better.  As gold is tangible and commercially usable that may be the reason,  both are not with the bitcoin  but as time go the thinking may change

I think is because gold is been in existed for a long and it is more reliable.. i.e bt bitcoin just established abt som years bck beside people re panicking in bitcoin unlike gold so there for, to me gold is better than bitcoin in terms of durability and reliable in market.

Some people lost a lot of money because of bitcoin because they buyed in at a high price. And gold is a stable so you can't really lose anything with it.
But gold doesn't make you a lot of money like bitcoin does. The only problem is that bitcoin is pretty risky.

Yes bitcoin is really unstoppable and it is really the strongest cryptocurrencies that will continually increasing and it is really accepted by different stores as a means of payment. But some people as you said that gold is better than bitcoin I think it is because they can hold it physically and the price is more stable than bitcoin. And gold an the best long term investment than bitcoin.

I think people see gold better because if you have a lot of gold and you keep it for the future you will not be afraid of risk because the gold price is down because gold has been a long time jewelry and many users. Use it to decorate but can not be used to pay if not converted into cash, while Bitcoin is money so many places accept payment

Gold have lower risk of losing a lot of money and you can hold it on your hands literally and its good for savings but crypto currencies are good for investment, The only down side of it is the high risk of losing a lot of money from it. But it still depends on the people if they want to invest or not.

Because gold is from natural resources means you could earn money naturally and since it is from our nature it does mean that it is legal yet very hard to own one. Also, the major reason is, gold is guaranteed that it will not disappear it will continuously generate and produce more gold unlike to bitcoin there are no assurance that bitcoin will stay permanently.

People know about gold from many years but bitcoin or other currencies are new to them they had a little fear about bitcoin that's why people are saying gold is better and comfortable for them but the new young generation trust bitcoin very and like to invest in this .
