OP has been updated to discard some of the dead nodes. Will be working on the store all this week and should go live in the first month of 2014. Also a few updates to the homepage.
I want to run the Client to support the network. (my work PC is daily online) i got today an out of sync error of my client. (4 connections) Is there a new update? (Yesterday all was ok) yesterday i tried the "detach database option" maybe is the database broken now? (closed without problems)

Update your globalcoin.conf file with the latest addnodes from OP (remove any others) and delete the peers.dat file from the same directory. Now restart the client. If you're still having problems might be easiest to just re-download the blockchain: Advise to backup your wallet.dat file before proceeding. Exit the Globalcoin client and delete all files from within AppData\Roaming\Globalcoin but keep wallet.dat and globalcoin.conf in there, afterwards run the client. It should then begin downloading the blockchain and syncing your previous transactions, might take a while.

Yeah globalcoin has gone all weird. The diff has been way too high now for almost no hash power on the network. I think it went in to repair mode after that 0.06 diff session a few days ago.

Yeah globalcoin has gone all weird. The diff has been way too high now for almost no hash power on the network. I think it went in to repair mode after that 0.06 diff session a few days ago. That's the way it works with a difficulty retarget of 600 blocks. We're somewhat prone to difficulty strip-miners nowadays. With 2Gh/s on the network during the 0.06 diff the retarget ramped up to 12.3 diff. Many miners then jumped ship leaving it stranded with another 294 blocks to go for difficulty retarget and only 20Mh/s on the network. At the current diff and network hashrate we're looking at over a week to find those 294 blocks that will then invoke the diff retarget towards a more suitable level for the network speed I believe an improved retarget algo is being looked into for the next update to help with this. Current block: 179,706
Time since last block: 0h 16m 47s
Network hashrate: 22,373 Kh/s for perspective that's around 37 Radeon 7950 GPU's.
Current difficulty: 12.31608598
Est. Next difficulty: 0.20836757 in 294 blocks / 8d 1h 5m at current hashrate.
Est. Total coins mined per day at current difficulty: 3,654 Globalcoins

It is pretty interesting.
Watching this coin over the past few months as the difficulty swings get more and more out of control. This coin could have likely been mentioned on thebitcoinchannel if the difficulty issue was not so pronounced. the guy that runs that very visited site stated that his premise for liking a coin is how fast transactions happen. With our broken diff. we have nothing to offer.
This is supposedly to be fixed in the next few weeks, but we need that to happen.

Not sure what to do or where to go, also I have downloaded the block chain twice. Thanks for any help. This is due to the last block being found over 9 hours ago with the difficulty so high and few miners. Transactions are bundled up into blocks and therefore no transactions have been processed in the last 9 hours. We need to find a block to re-sync, so if you're not already mining jump on to help the network and have your transactions cleared. Developers are working on an update to address the issue of difficulty retargets so this kind of thing shouldn't be an issue in the future. UPDATE: Some blocks have now been found

GLC block explorer http://blockchainx.com/ is down while I make some changes, will likely be a few days sorry! For general Globalcoin information see http://162.243.239.107/You can also see more detailed block information and transactions with http://searchthemall.net/glc/

is the diff broken?
No, it was a big rush to mine this coin some days back when it was very low. Resultet in diff 12, and they left the boat. So with the retarget diff at 600 blocks, this might take a while with the current low hashrate.

Me and Sista are working to fix the diff algo now. It is supposed to happen at block 240,000 I believe, but we will likely patch and bring that update sooner. The swings are too strong and we are worried about the time it will take to get to the patch block.
This is mostly Sista, so thank him when it happens.
You might send him some GLC or something, he lost all his and he is continuing to work, so, just a thought.

May you as Developper could open a new Thread as Globalcoin development fund like Digitalcoin did? When more people spend some coins and its public, the motivation is higher. I would spend then too. greetings
