Dividends have just been payed on both bitfunder and direct: f2f64287e95840c18a2232946d3aed86cff7ba2ea826db6a9f04b4039e4f7d18
From this moment you can request a transfer to direct shares as per instructions above.
Cheers!
What about those who does not meet the 0.1 BTC Weexchange withdrawal limit. What should I do? If I transfer now I wont get more dividends to withdraw the remaining balance in the future. I had to throw .1 in there to "escort" my dividend out. Everything still works on that front.

at the current 4.5TH hashrate, each share are now considered to be 30mhash/s, so when you were to receive all the remaining miners, will the share to be 44mhash/s as it should be?
in a simpler way: back in preorder days, 350ghash = 28mhash/share after the preorder, 400ghash = 32mhash/share final product, on average 550ghash = 44mhash/share

What about for those of us who don't have 2-factor?
Hmm, can u activate two-factor for a short while? Don't think there is any way to transfer without using 2-factor.. When is the next dividend payout?
Somewhere in the weekend once we have the new miners up and running.. Depending how much time that'll take it might be monday at the latest. at the current 4.5TH hashrate, each share are now considered to be 30mhash/s, so when you were to receive all the remaining miners, will the share to be 44mhash/s as it should be?

Correct! Although so far the average GH per miner is around 530 GH. We think that KnC willl keep delivering new firmware versions that make them run at higher speeds.

Please read below text carefully! Since we haven't received any more miners yet we weren't planning on issuing dividends today. We expect to get some definitive news on remaining miners tomorrow which would mean we can pickup more on friday. However since it's been a difficult time already we decided to pay dividends today nonetheless. We will payout 30btc in dividends which means 0.000201613 per share. Divs will be payed in about 1,5 hours. Also, the whole ordeal with bitfunder means we have to process requests to change Bitfunder shares to direct shares. We will start processing these as soon as above dividends have been payed. Because we expect to have new miners this weekend there's a 48 hour window to request a transfer from Bitfunder shares to direct shares. In that same window people from GB2 and GB3 can request us not to issue their shares on Bitfunder but use direct shares as well. After the weekend it will be possible again to request transfers. ----- How to request a share transfer: 0. DONT TRANSFER UNTIL AFTER TONIGHTS DIVIDENDS ARE PAYED!! 0.1. If you do transfer shares before that time we consider it a gift 1. transfer the amount of shares you want direct to useraccount ADDICTION 2. Send an email to p2poolnl@gmail.com with: - your bitfunder userid - the number of shares you want as direct shares - the btc address on which the shares should be registered (this should be an address to which you own the private key and are able to sign messages with. If you can't sign with it you can never request a transfer again!) We will post a list of transferred shares with btc addresses so you can check the status. This window is open after dividends are payed for the next 48 hours: 2013-10-09 2000 GMT. Don't transfer shares after that time until we say so!! If in doubt please just wait.. we have until the 1st of November to finish this.. ----- Cheers, BlastBob & Tyrion70 I PM'd you about this, let me know that you have everything that you need from me regarding this and I will commence the transfer.

Still trying to buy addiction shares but have no luck with bitfunder... Anybody selling direct shares at current bitfunder price? The time for me to get verified , to do a sepa transfer , to exchange euros to btc to get verified by weexchange, and to buy on bitfunder is probably going to take a week! It's crazy!

Use localbitcoins you should in theory get coins the same day. Use same country, find a guy with same bank. Then also choose one with good comments.

The premium is too high! Hopefully I can get verified quickly with bitstamp. I do have a coinbase account but don't want to pay in USD. It doesn't solve my problem investing on bitfunder...

Update around 1200 GMT+1 tomorrow. Transport should be in sweden around now What i can tell is that GB1 will be hashing 100% on saturday. If everything goes as planned.

yes, 100% gb1 hashing is good, but i got most shares in gb2 and gb3. i also got some shares in other gb wherein they were being hosted by knc. since knc failed to deliver the units, they compensated the group with 1 btc/jupiter/day of delay. should this groupbuy also be compensated also in some way due to late delivery of our jupiters? time is gold, each day of delay means roi is going towards negative side.

Should I go direct shares or not? That is the question. It would seem direct is a good idea. I'll let the idea sink in over the weekend.
