Let's say I am a landlord and I receive BERRY as payment for me renting out my house. How do I convert my BERRY back to fiat ?

I think here it will be possible to use the standard procedure.
transfer of the coin to the exchange, exchange for fiat, and withdrawal of funds.
also maybe you can spend Berry inside the application, for example on advertising

I also think that the usual for all option-work with stock exchanges will be applied. Otherwise, I can not imagine it

Thanks for reaching out. I also didnt understand, I thought you think cryptonomos. It seems scammer is Advertising on Google ads and somebody should Report this to the cryptonomos (they could contact the registar where the domain name is registered to take the fake website down, its cyber crime.)
