Blockchain (smart contracts) is the only technology that can make the global crowdfunding process efficient.
Our goal is to unlock millions of dollars blocked in rental deposits and allow for community members (can be anyone) to back tenants financially and receive rewards (interest rate) in return. As of today, this can be only achieved via blockchain / smart contract technology.

The Rentberry Auctioning Technology is part of what we believe to be the platform’s unique intellectual property, and we are currently in the process of filing for patent protection.We are planning that both BERRY and fiat will be used, however some options like covering renting security deposits will be available for BERRY only.
