I think this start-up is one of the most promising in 2018. I myself often faced with problems of renting and very much hope that he will at least somehow ease them!
If their platform offers benefits and people find out about it this could turn into a huge snowball of success. There are a lot of problems with renting that are waiting to be solved! In my life, I constantly face the problem of renting, it would be great if all this became much easier! I am also all for it. It is not that easy though as there are a lot of things you can't manage with the help of a smart contract. Excited to see how they account for all those problems in their system. |

Already regret I bought tokens, zero updates, assumed coins would be given on 28 Feb, almost a month later still nothing.
Not a word about verification upfront, after I pay they hassle me with this KYC stuff.
Vague plans, don't even say what they gonna do with the money, coin isn't listed on any exchanges either.
It says $97.46 paid, 312.5 tokens, equivalent $66.12, I kind of expected $125 worth of coins because of the bonus coins, bye bye bonus, hello 35% poof gone!
What a total failure, glad I only spend 0.1 ETH
EDIT: Yeah updates after searching in Google and finding the thread on this forum, lmao.

Of course, this is not easy, but I hope that everything will turn out, because many people need this idea The thing is people should ask themselves which problems they really have in those contractual relationships and what a solution could look like. As a next step you could ask whether you think that a smart contract might be able to model a solution for the problem in the form of executable code. If not then there needs to be an added solution layer for that to still make the system superior to what we have today. |
