ICO's are finally coming to an end!

i think that if the project has strong basis can have success even if the period isn't the best, a believe in a very innovative project called Gilgamesh, that has a very strong team and community

November was a pretty slow month for ICO's, but december sheds a different light already. I dont think that ICO's are over yet, I think that this is only the beginning. With regulations coming in and more succesful people entering the space we can expect a way bigger ICO boom. Imagine Elon Musk starting an ICO. Just my opinion on it, but I dont think we are near to the end.

ICO will be ended if there is nothing that we called application within the next 2 years.

ICO should be regulated and verified since lot's of ICO are not delivering what they promised some end up as a scam, There are legit ICO out there but more ICO are a joke that almost of them offers airdrop everyday. As an Investor you have to take extra cautious in investing your money to a certain project.

What do you mean by this things that ICO has finally coming to an end? Because, so far most of the ico now are became successful especially if they are following all the rules that it has here in the forum. Though it cannot be deny were most of the ico was not legitimate but still there are other ico out there were it is still legit to invest in and partake to their project.

I think it's too early to say so. It is still far from peak popularity. Let's discuss the topic in the end of 2018. I think 2018 will be full of regulation-related news and there will be a bunch of successful ICOs coming.

Ending ICOs is impossible because there is no limitation of development and distribution of the whole Blockchain system since the source code is open source and everyone can access it.
ICO regulation is the most effective way to eliminate the most confusing issues of ICOs as some of them were tagged as scam.

I don't think ICOs are end,we can see many ICOs are launching everyday and some of them are getting successful.Many people are investing on ICOs still to make money in short period so ICO will be there until the investors are there.I agree that most of the tokens are created only for earning purpose when the team earned enough money they left the project with no development.
So the people who are creating the ICO in future must have a definite goal and act according to that and don't leave your investors once you made profit.You are responsible for the profit of your investor too so make sure he get that with your project.So ICO need to be regulated for the future of crypto currency.

Ico is not coming to an end as you would have us believe. I think what is ending truely are the senseless airdrop that achieve nothing except to deceive noons in to believing that they are buying something of worth.

There's a lot of ways to prove that an ICO is good or not but regulating ICOs will do such good result in order to gain trust to people and attract investors.
If an ICO passed the accreditations and a certified under international standards then me myself even if it's not so popular I know they will have a future.

ICOs team must be competent and professionals in terms of technicalities and developments, that's the best part of getting regulatory standards and certifications. Without it, there would be 5 thousands or more ICOs in 20181 alone.

It's bad to generalize ICOs just because there are a lot of ICO scams lurking around and also there are people not really aware on how they will know if the ICOs are a scam. From what I remember, there's a thread here that gives information on how to spot scams.

I don't think that ICOs are going to end. Its just investors are becoming more aware about it and try to understand each and every facet of the project before investing. Its hard to get investment without a solid product and business scope.

You are pretty much advertising your own youtube channel!! ICO's are going no where and still many successful ICO's running very well.

ICOs will rule 2018.

It will never be the end of ICOs if there are really good project and businesses with objectives, i think that with those and from there, you can determine if the ICO will be just a scam or not.
