POS/POW - This is the mechanism of consensus in own blockchain. And here we are talking about tokens in the  ethereum blockchain

Therefore, the POS/ POW is not suitable for this project. Moreover, the POS is not implemented yet in the main ETH blochain

I think the platform ICOreward does not pay bounty, but only conducts calculations of social activity of bounty hunters. Then passes the calculations to the ACORN project and he pays rewards.

It's good that there is still time to read WP until January 29th. As far as I understand, getting into a white sheet does not guarantee that tokens will be enough for everyone. I hope that we can see a progress bar of attracted funds on the website. If everything goes well then it makes sense to invest at the very beginning.
