Last G20 meetup decided to wait with the regulations until October. The thing is with crypto regulation must be either global or it won't work. At least that's my opinion.
However on the banking side, we already have PSD2 in Europe, other countries planning to adopt similar legislature as well if all goes well in world's oldest continent.

ERC 20 has a bug which may cause burning ether in some scenarios, while in ERC777 there is a solution for this bug and some other features like blacklisting addresses.

Ethereum is still promoting ERC20 while we know it has a bug, would love to have the list of the ERC777 ICOs.
