Contracts are legally binding and should only be agreed upon when you are certain of meeting the requirement Yes, it's true. As a professional, once you've signed a contract, you're locked in to the terms. Which is very it's important to try and foresee possible hiccups and plan for those events just in case |

Can an employer and jobber go 15 years or more on an agreement? I mean a jobber working years for same employer or is there like a time limits or something?

The gig economy is a short-termed employment economy. However, I read somewhere in their WP that you can save your favourite jobber(s) and exclusively deal with them alone |

Yes, jobbers are bound by smart contract rules agreed upon by both parties What happens when a jobber fails to carry out a job? And is there a score count? They automatically lose reputation point and have permanent feedback on their inability to fulfill the contract terms Is it left to an employer to be the judge or score a jobber on a job done or not? |
