For me, you have to set goals, if you have goals you will have to think about procrasrination and be determined abou it, and self discipline must be possessed cause you know without it is pretty impossible for you to saved your money

I also put aside 20% of my daily jobs earning as saving. And then the what's left is I budget it. It has works wonder for me up to today. I'm glad that I'd listen to my parents early on regarding saving. You might try it if so see if it's fits you. Others do to the opposite, they do the budget first and the rest put into saving. I guess you have to try and experiment it yourself. And always ask yourself if you really need or just want it before spending your precious money.

Actually saving is not hard if you are earning well, for me I don't really prioritize saving money if I am not satisfied with my earning because I believe we need to prioritize our needs to stay healthy and to continue our dreams in life. Honestly, I was only able to save when I started making money in bitcoin, when I was still working with my day job, my salary is not enough for the needs of my family so I was not able to save, luckily I found bitcoin, it changes my life.
