GUIDE:
HOW TO MOD OPTIMINER 1.2 FOR WINDOWS TO MAKE IT WORK WITH NVIDIA GPUS

1. Download both Optiminer 1.2 for Windows and Optiminer Equihash 2.0 for Linux.
2. Extract both files in two separate folders.
3. Go to the Optiminer 2.0 folder and navigate to the "bin" subfolder. Find the following 8 files named Nvidia_Equihash192_7-base.bin and Nvidia_Equihash192_7-round1.bin, [...] , Nvidia_Equihash192_7-round7.bin.
4. Copy these 8 files and place them in a new folder. Then rename them as follows: Nvidia_base.bin, Nvidia_round1.bin, [...] , Nvidia_round7.bin.
5. Copy the renamed files and go to the Optiminer 1.2 folder and navigate to the "bin" subfolder. Paste there the files you just copied (overwrite the original files found there).
6. Optiminer 1.2 should work fine now. For better compatibility, use --pci-mode 0 in your config (or *.bat) file. Also, if you have a rig with both Nvidia and AMD gpus, I would suggest running one instance of Optiminer for each platform, by using the -c switch.

That's all folks.
I 've tried all sorts of things and spent a lot of time to make the damn thing work, so if it works for you and you 'd like to show your appreciation, send some coins to my ZERO address:

Really excited to see this coin finally take off!

The 720 Confirmations along with constant inflation is an awesome concept; which in my opinion will give the coin much more stability in the long run.

Also, I Love the fact that their was no pre-mine for the coin... Pre-mine only gives the real power of the coins future to a certain few people, instead of the community!

Thank You Dev's for not abandoning this coin Cheesy

With GPU settings you have to play a bit, you need to tune it up. I'm using win7 64bit, driver version 17.2.1 and gpu rx 480 8gb. Here are my results:
Code:
GPU 1191/2100 - 9.5 to 10.5 s/s total power consumption 650 W.
GPU 1303/2200 - 10.5 to 11.3 s/s  total power consumption 730 W.
You can also reduce the volts on the GPU, but so far I have not tried.

Did you try to use the generic driver option?

Hi guys! I like the project Zero.

I have a question about the calculation of obtaining coins. Calculator whattomine shows that 5 GPU RX480 8GB I get 54 coins per day. I mined coins on suprnova whole day and in the end I earned only 27 coins, which is half of the amount in the calculator. Could you tell me why? Who digs on Linux the result better? I'm ready to switch to Linux.

Calculators are not very reliable. Some people have also reported that suprnova is not the best pool option. I have personally tried both zeroforge and mining4 and I have been mining 50 -70 coins per day (depending on the day!!) with 3 RX480 and 3 GTX1070. Keep also in mind that zero coins need 24 h to mature so you will see them in your wallet 24h later.

Yes, I know that the coins appear in your wallet in 24 hours, thank you. Then try to switch to another pool and see what will be the stats. I wonder what the results on OptiMiner Linux system.

Thank you for the reply.

this is great. very nice job
I have redirected the domain: zero.finance to your .com

I'll be honest I think zero.finance is much more brandable and memorable than a hyphenated domain, I worked in domains and seo for years, gotta listen to me on this. how many coins have a one word brandable domain like this
plus original developer said in ann pots it's 'zero' just zero, not zero coin or currency, he still checks in, last 25th nov, plus stated he wouldnt be posting , rarely
so he is still around but brilliant what you have done and think he will be pleased with work you have done
glad you used logo I did  Cool

on coinmarketcap they have logo and cryptopia as i told them about it
plus zero.finance is the link coinmarket use so redirect was important,

couple small errors i noticed on site, if you hover on each page you will see some pages have error of 'zerro' with double r mentioned, in header texts

plus need to use zero and cryptocurrency etc to get higher in serps
also use official word so people know right site
work a bot on seo but get word out on twitter
did you get my pm?

not being critical trying to help
price is a joke so hopefully when word gets out we can get climbing, zero is minimum $10 coin for the time being

I am Bonkers BTW
