I have to much awareness about market and i routine is to check the market atleast twice a day and look into my invested coins and if any one of coin will give me atleast 30% profit and i will sell it immediately and put a buy order at low prices.

It sure is hard to decide whether you should sell your coins because it's very potential to grow, and you're afraid you will regret it if you sell them, but also worried that the market will fall and in the end you also regret not selling it sooner.
but i think, getting almost 10k profit from 23k investment is great enough. I prefer not being greedy here, because well usually it won't end well. Maybe you could sell some of them and keep the rest to see the price grow. Then if the price increases, you can sell them for more profits. But when it fell, immediately sell them so you won't be loss.
you can invest in other coins, so don't be too greedy and set your goals. At what price you want to sell them? Don't expect too high, but be reasonable.

It all begins from setting a target and then when you get to your target price, you then decide to withdraw (either some or all). Also, you should keep on following up on project development of your coin. If you're not getting any solids  info from project developers then I think it'd be better to start selling

 I'd hold my altcoins at least untill autumn. Just relax, forget about them and wait) It's not easy to be patient when everything is falling down. Maybe if you're nervous or have money issues, make a review of your coins and sell the most useless ones. I believe that it's only the beginning and all your coins wil rise.

Mostly what I do is that when I buy my altcoins, I put a price on them that I would like to sell them at. What I have noticed is that the times when I did not put a price to sell on them I find myself waiting for the price to keep going up until the prices finally crash and I am left not having sold any of the coins that I have so putting a specific price to sell them makes it easier for me to do so.

In my case, everytime that I decided to go to trade I always rely on the current value of the coin that I'm holding since we can checked ahead the current price of the coin before you cab render trading. And also you can only say that it is a time to sell or to buy if the value meets your expectations.
