after they said wait ..

i don't know and don't understand .. why they good feedback and fasting processing orders .

i was dealing with wm-center.es and they are legit and good ... i place order what ever how much money or amount and it's processed in 30 min max. time
only 10 min to 30 min .

now i need an legit answer and estimated time right now here on forum ..
because this too much .. for processing orders . u're already open and online .
and as i said .. if you don't  have cash money to complete my order ..
just refund back the coins i will exchange with another exchanger ..

now btc price for wu has gone up . and my order not yet completed or processed.
if they finish it yasterday that will be ok

plus price gone up . mean's the diff between old price which i exchange on and the current price . will be like $200 or $220 USD.

Hello. All the payments with VISA/MC will be processed via liqpay.com. You was notified about this processing system before paying. We are an exchanger and we can only exchange when we have payment from any payment system you have choosen. As for terms - you also have read it when creating order (up to 3 business days for payment verification).

1. We work now with BTC-E USD codes only, you'll receive USD code. Be more attentively - all the currencies you can see right near the "Amount give" and "Amount recieve" fields.
2. Be more attentively once more - all fees and amount you'll receive you can see at site when creating order or at the Rates page.

I created an order to buy btc-e code with mastercard on last Thu/Fri. After I gave credit card details i got email where I clicked the link to check status. a red box says "expired" and the process is still on phase 1 out of 3.
I am a bit concerned that there is no progress on my case, I know it can take 3 business day but at least the  indicator should move somewhere. And what does "expired" mean anyway and why it is that?

Hello. Your order #44681 not paid from your side. "Expired" means you can't pay for it again and you must  create new order if you need. If your card was charged you must ask liqpay.com support about a refund ( it's not on our side).
