It is wonderful article with detailed info how profitable it could be in future. This project is backed by experience company who are generating revenue already providing their service in same sector so they will make this the best in this field. I think this time Restart Energy managed to kick out the middleman in the energy sector. No one really sees it right now, but in one or two years maybe, there will a complete change in the energy market

What does this have to do with RED? Am I missing something?

Well theoretically RED can become the Grid for Venezuela energy distribution utilizing their technology. Venezuela by another side can become a huge dealer, as they have resources to produce that energy. RED is a very ambitious project, but I don't see them working as they describe at least in next 5 years. The idea is a bit utopian as many so-called "decentralized" projects have.
