Of course I am joking, a business owner (or advisor of other's businesses) is not obligued to put up on sale his company, not to advise anything to anyone or not to stand for election.

Just a few clarifications:
1. Except for the fact that 80% of the tokens were sold during the token sale.  12% of the tokens allocated to the company.
    Here is the plan for the use of funds:
    Restart Energy will contribute 20% of the token proceeds for consolidating the current business of supplying energy and gas to 27,000 households and 3,000 companies in Romania by integrating upstream integration
    through the acquisition of 10 MW operational solar and small hydro power plants. It will immediately start activity in other energy deregulated EU countries using the successful franchised-based, micro-entrepreneurial,
    job-creating, organic growth business model. 10% of the annual energy production of the newly purchased 10 MW renewable power plants (over 1 million kWh) will be transferred through the RED Loyalty System to
    registered MWAT holders, directly proportional to MWAT tokens held. 20% of the token proceeds will be utilized for the development of the RED platform and 60% of the funds will
    be used to expand the RED business model to more than 45 global markets.
    
    I wouldn't say that RED is a small project (RED aims to expand globally) or the team didn't mention why they need to raise that amount of funds.

2. RED is transparent and you can find all the details about the company on the web (including the company's revenues).  I'm not sure how is your comment related to the fact the RED cherish their transparency.

Either way MWAT is working is the way to expensive as per token and investors lost a lot of $$$ on this scam of the platform. It is made with minimal attention to details. Their only purpose is your money and spends it on expensive cars and dinners out. Careful with this project. I am not saying to you because you are a shill of the team, by your non-native grammar. You can't write "of course" or "obligated" correctly. Really awkward to see members of a project going to the trouble of doing 1 post 1 activity accounts just to post a reply.

Now on the second part and even more funny is that the character "George Popescu" that has been banned in the UK for being director of a company, is their advisor. Now recently due to news of also being the advisor on Lampix also a Romanian ICO, has failed. Is one of the most corrupt and over-paid projects I've seen so far. But of course, that only comes from Romanian direction. They ask a lot of $$$$$ and less work. Look at the differences between projects overall. The quality, the presentations, everything is done on quick-move without any attention to details.

I still have to understand how a politically involved person can be an advisor in an ICO and be on their payroll.

Transparency? Well, I bet you cannot be transparent with the spend of every single penny raised in the ICO. Those are the $$$ that gets in the team pocket, not the tokens . The tokens are another extra bonus for them. Also, most of this token was sold in PRE-SALE to their political friends. Typically Romanian.

So people research on your own if you don't believe me. This project is a sure 100% loss with a lot of corrupt and greedy people involved.
