The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

If there had not been a bitcoin, I would have invested in ETHEREUM. Interest will not be lost to crypto-currencies. Technologies are developing a large number of large companies in the market. There will be recessions will fall but in general from year to year the market will grow and develop.
you can still invest on etherium even though you have already invested on bitcoin because etherium is also a good coin with lots of potential and will probably increase more as the time goes by. investing in both is a good idea rather than foccusing on one , not unless you are already contented on what you earn from bitcoins.

now in the case of interest in cryptocurrencies. i guess people wont easily loose interest on it because cryptos is still new yet and it will still developed just like what you said. it is now too early to see the results .

I don't really think that people would lose interest in crypto currency if bitcoin would end or die.
People are already embracing the crypto currencies that is why there are more and more crypto currencies that is being made .

Some may lose their interest, some may not. The reason why others may lose their interest in bitcoin is if they suffer to losses and he/she can't get it back.
Some are not, because they still look for the good consequences or return of bitcoin someday.

Yes, people tend to change easily and it will take time to start rebuilding the trust if people on Bitcoin again and again. Even as at now when it is on a decline, a lot are selling off, while real investors are taking the opportunity to buy more. Hope deferred makes the heart weary, like waiting for a rise and it is now telling on their patience.

Maybe it's just looking at the market that keeps falling. It's affecting people's interest in bitcoin.
Moreover, their assets are also reduced due to the influence of bitcoin continues to fall.
They must have thought dying bitcoin is a safer way for their asset assets.

If bitcoin died, there are still other altcoins to love. I am watching LTC and XRP. But some other altcoins are good to consider too because of their utility and usefulness. But I don't think bitcoin will really die. Just a thought I have.

First of all the end of bitcoin is never possible because from the date of its invention and till now, BTC has made its millions of users and millions of people are investing into BTC, so the end of bitcoin is impossible but if the worst thing happens and the bitcoin will ever die then I will use etherum to invest my money because it is second most popular cryptocurrency after BTC and it's valuation is also quite good.

Bitcoin was the main attraction for this market. Everyone wanted to invest in Bitcoin, but as the market received more and more popularity, other crypto appeared that makes more sense for the ones who wants to make more money and faster, to invest in. As long as new projects are on the table, than no one will lose interest.

I don't think people would lose interest in crypto currencies ,
First why would they lose interest in it if they are earning a profit from it?
I don't see a point in there,Because people tend to be more connected to something that is giving them profit .

Bitcoin will remain strong no matter what because there are so many enthusiasts. You can see that people are buying day in day out, so as people continue to sell, plenty other people continue to buy. People will never lose interest in bitcoin. It is the number one coin.

Interest is a just for matter of time and people will switch to another coin. But once you know that a particular coin has good future and also have utility in everyday life, then one will hold that coin longer and keep its interest alive.

If the currency death, I think in the market for more than ninety-five percent of the encryption currency will die, it is for the whole encryption market a fatal blow, all encrypted prices would fall a lot of money. People will hate bitcoin for losing interest.

people who are not interested in fast and risky earnings are more clearly seen that cryptocurrency is speculation and "casino". soon the world will not be able to bypass the introduction of bitcoin.

If bitcoin die then there will be no people who will get interested on investing in it but still there are few altcoins that has the potential today and it might grow its value in the future to replace bitcoins.

I don't think Bitcoin is going anywhere. I do think that we have lost some potential investors for the short term because they were burned during the last $BTC bull run.
