I don't think people will lose interest in bitcoin. In fact interest seems to be growing daily as new people come in, it's just that we are in a bear market so it seems like people are losing interest which is wrong

Bitcoin will not die soon, base on the market preview, it is just a hiccup/market glitz, fluctuation, it will recover soon just like what happened in trading. People won't loss interest but instead its global acceptance is growing. The only issues affecting the Bitcoin is REGULATION ON  TRADING VS SCAMMERS.

I think cryptocurrency is becoming more and more popular. It is important that the purpose and needs of the user are always met by the coin with high efficiency and safety.
The bitcoin's capital is ~ 140 billion, ETH is ~ 50 billion. The numbers demonstrate the interest of users and investors in the crypto market.

First thing, bitcoin can't die overnight.

Second, people are getting crazy about all cryptocoins not only bitcoin so this trend might remain same if there will be no more bitcoin.

People are investing in bitcoin because it has limited supply and no any government can shutdown bitcoin network. People find it much safer to store their wealth in bitcoin than in their local banks.

true. in the first place bitcoin will not die if you will only base at this moment. For me as long as there is cryptocurrency there is a bitcoin. how can a number 1 cryptocurrency died instantly?  as long as people are still supportig bitcoin it will not die.

Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?

I think no if other cryptos is the same with the bitcoin capability and can get more profit, because cryptos in the market are good investment because we know its security is good and we know its legalities.
Ethereum is one of my choice because its now popular in the market.

those stats that youve share are only numbers and they didnt control the minds of every people because people can always change.  they maybe interested on bitcoin today but they cant posibly change their minds tomorow. thats why we shoudnt never be contended on what we have today. yet we shoudnt become an advance thinker because today is still the most important day than the past and even the present. we must enjoy life and forget about worrying because we only lived once.

I think that even if it happened, people would not lose interest in the rest of the cryptocurrency. Altcon, in which I had invested the money it etherium. This is due primarily to the fact that he is the leader in the cryptocurrency market after bitcoin.

Use of bitcoin is continuously increasing, and therefore i think people interest in bitcoin is also increasing. In fact bitcoin is now providing more facilities to people which is also increasing the interest of the people in bitcoin. In near future we will see that bitcoin users are available in every part of the world and even most of the government will also start accepting bitcoin as legal currency.

Ethereum or Litecoin would probably take the place of bitcoin. If bitcoin were to die tomorrow, it would probably drag down the altcoins with it as well, but if you give altcoins some time until they can establish themselves, they wouldn't be harmed in my opinion. An altcoin may eventually take the place of btc as the best crypto as well, especially considering the scalability issues that btc might face in the near future

I think it is imposible bitcoin has no value in the future. What happens now just a correction which responses the global market movement of crypto, if bitcoin can get through the crisis against negative issues then i’m sure bitcoin will reach the highest price at the end of December 2017 may even be higher so I think investors will still interested in bitcoin as their investment.

I don't think that bitcoin would die, it is certainly not going to happen in the next decade. If there were no bitcoin other coins would also lose value. If I have to choose other altcoins, I would choose Neo and Ethereum.

for me, I don't think people will lost its interest of bitcoin. Bitcoin is the king of all crypto currencies. Since there are those who are dedicated to buy and sell and others simply take advantage of their popularity to invest and get a return on their capital. The more they grow, the better it is for bitcoin's value because bitcoin has the ability called volatile that can be change anytime.

Today search queries with the word "Bitcoin" are the same as in October 2017. There is still interest, but it is getting smaller.

We're just getting started. There is so much room to grow as it continues to gain popularity. I don't believe it could die at this point. If it did Alt coins would definitely takes its place as the main coin.

From my views people will not lose interest from the bitcoin by seeing the price of bitcoin . But if the price of bitcoin is going down people will lose the interest from the bitcoin but it will never happen in the future because the price of bitcoin will never goes down it will always increasing in the future because bitcoin become very popular in all over the country's and the demand of bitcoin become reguraly increased.

in some reasons, you have a right point people decreases their interest once they have been hearing some fud or fake news buy somebody, or when the market goes down many people will say that it will never goes up and it will never go back again like what it has been few months ago, but if they really know and trust bitcoin as the number once cryptocurrency among all then dont have any reason to lost their interest nor have doubt on it.

I think people that are rally investet in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will not lose the interest. Just the people and the mainstream media are loosing their interest, until a bullrun will start again. So as an investor, you cant lose your interest, just if you would sell all your coins and tokens and you will exit the market. And i think theres just a small amount of people who will do this, because everybody fears the fomo, and they know some day it will rise again and they dont want to pass this!

Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
I think most people may feel disappointed and lose their interest in crypto especially on bitcoin, because if they do work on other altcoins, surely they will feel traumatized and afraid of losing again. But some people will probably move to another coin that they think is better.
But for me, if bitcoin dies, maybe I will choose to rest first, and will not invest in another coin.
