I've been looking at the top 100 Quark wallets and notice we have new top 100 Quark holders.

Many of these addresses are probably shared collecting wallet at exchanges like Cryptsy, Coins-E, Vircurex etc

It's always interesting to watch the richest addresses though (and attempt to tag/ID them)

It's mining process is limited, so prices are stable, it has fast confirmation times, fast difficulty changes and the inflation takes care of the transaction fee, CPU only mining makes a 51% attack more difficult.

Best thing that happened to Quark lately (all that Bill still and Keiser hype is nothing compared to actual community involvement).

1) Who is the holder of the wallets on Quark Foundation?
    > I (James) currently owe all the wallets, every time you donate to a wallet i have to manually update the amount on the site.

It is on the site, but no trading yet.

BTC38 was going to implement Quark but volume was too large and they delayed the trading. When their system is ready for that volume they will add it. It's a great time to stock up on Quarks after the big crash of pretty much everything in december. Quark is one of my top 3 bets in the year to come.

I wish that was the case. But have you looked at the volume of quark at vircurex.com lately? It rarely is more than 10 BTC a day...

At the moment it's only at 2.7 BTC...

It's been absolutely insane watching Quark on cryptsy. Base off of what I've observed it seem like we definitely have new quarkers. Whoever is selling this low is certainly helping spread Quark out more.

Yes, I understand, but I have seen atleast 40 BTC at vircurex with quark a while ago (2 weeks or so).

People probably prefer cryptsy at the moment, because of the higher liquidity.

Should cryptsy have those lags and serverproblems again then more volume will switch to vircurex again.

It's good to have many exchanges.

Hmm, I didn't realize the volume was that high before at Vircurex. Well, we definitely need more exchanges - as soon as a QRK/USD exchange comes out I have no doubt volume will pick up dramatically.

He is probably going through the mass amount of submissions. He did update on January 2 and is active on the Quarktalk.com forum. He needs to put all the submission together and create a voting list. This definitely will take awhile.
