I think bigger chunk is better, because your weight is then higher and that is why your chance of getting stake is higher too.

I dont know if its about weight, since our weight is static depends on the number of coins we have. i got a loose stake rewards of 2.5 SIRX and it just hit a stake 2 days ago i dont know if its just luck  |

We are looking into this with interest, to see if it can be utilized in our next distribution.
that is what de Dev's said about that they going to use the merit system , so maybe members and full members can also take part in further airdrops , if they see a change to earn some merit
