Ethereum will be one of the future together with bitcoin. ETH is not the next bitcoin, it is the first ETH. there will be no next BTC as it will remain at top. Ethereum may stay below BTC. |

I think the status of BTC is irreplaceable by any cryptocurrency. I agree with you . Bitcoin is Bitcoin and will not have any altcoin to replace it in the future. This market is heavily dependent on Bitcoin and Blockchain technology plays a huge role in this economy so Bitcoin will always be a good investment if you choose long term goals. |

Eth will be more popular that bitcoin with the smart contact support. But it won't compare bitcoin price. Beside that eth decrease dratically right now while bitcoin in it stable price.

Yes it is possible to ethereum to become the next bitcoin but we no the exact date and if the bitcoin die for sure they will takes few months before the price of ethereum become thousands dollars that is what Im think only. But for now we are focus to our still king which is bitcoin.

Ethereum utilizes smart contracts, which allow somebody to send money to another person automatically, but only when a certain set of conditions are met. Bitcoin and Ethereum have different purposes and I don't think ETH will ever overcome the Bitcoin.

from the facts that you disclose, I strongly agree that bitcoin and ethereum are indeed very different even from other altcoins, so logically there are no coins that can replace the role of bitcoin, if the price might be a coin that will be able to surpass bitcoin but if it is a substitute I don't think some can really replace it or we could say there is no new bitcoin other than the current bitcoin |
