I can feel your fears and doubts. They are quite reasonable! However, I would not hurry as much to judge so peremptorily. But I want to invest in ETH, so the smart contracts are much easier here.

not quite sure about investing with eth because it’s increasing highly right now. if the rates are the same for buying coins, better to purchase by decreasing altos or bitcoin (as for now). today i would better buy some eth and see what happens to it. however buying a coin might be a better investment as a long-term solution

On the PagareX website, there’s no indication of who’s running the company, when it was launched, where it’s being run out of, or anything like this. The domain name was registered on December 6, 2017, but since the registration was done privately, there’s no way of telling where it took place or who owns the domain.

Faceless entities are never a good sign in the MLM space, and this is usually the first red flag that you’re dealing with some sort of scheme/scam. You still have not given a clear answer, of who is running the company!!!   
So please give until tomorrow a understandable answer of this question and do not doge with other answers! Pls...
