There is no fee for content providers to upload videos to TV-TWO. Having as much quality content as possible is critical for the open ecosystem. Advertising budgets will not go to TV-TWO, but to the users. There is only a 10% share of every token used that goes to TV-TWO for running the entity.

For content guidelines, we have the following approach: TV-TWO drafts rules for which content is supportive to the platform. Token holders then vote on which rule should be put into action.
