When was the company sold? That might have something to do with it, although it would have been nice to know that's what was happening unless I missed it. I'm buying more.

Daily reminder that this is the kid you have all entrusted your bitcoins to:

I have contacted his employer at Oppo so that they have been made aware of the situation.

If push came to shove we can probably involve authorities in China or Italy. Might take a few bribes and connections in these countries to expedite the situation, but there should be options after Labcoin dismantles and he flees.

I predict they will move to direct shares due to Bitfunder's ID requirements for the fake 'Samuel Noi' character. I am hoping Theymos can clarify the IP logs as well, because he claimed to be in Switzerland today, it should be easy to prove.

[02:17] <route69> (I am) Fabrizio Tatti
[02:19] <route69> ...here I am writing, but with the name of the nominee director that I took the company in Hong Kong (Samuel Noi)
[02:20] <route69> because I want to avoid direct exposure, various risks, etc.
[02:20] <route69> in any case then I answer it legally
[02:20] <route69> for anything, even if there is a nominee director
[02:21] <route69> my name came up in the thread anyway
[02:21] <route69> + forward
[02:21] <route69> but it was obvious, however, the intention is not to hide, but avoid direct exposure

I'm sorry, kingcrimson, you were saying something about not being an incorrigible troll?

We have direct evidence of fraud. It is your choice to stick around and keep eating Labcoin's lies, but you are a pathetic minority. Some of us want to take action now, not in two months.

So I advise anyone who doesn't want to be dicked around, to contact Oppo directly and tell them what Fabrizio Tatti is doing:

http://www.oppodigital.com/ContactUs.aspx
Fabrizio Tatti, International Marketing at Oppo, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

(If you can get a better contact for Oppo, please post it. I'd mention his position and the fact that he is running an illegal security, defrauding people around the world for millions of dollars.)

This should put some real life pressure on the man to either return investor money or stop BS'ing everybody.

Where did this "conversation" even come from? I'd like to see some credentials of whoever found/created this before it's even considered a true conversation.

Edit: This whole little community needs to analyze this "evidence" more closely. Their may be a scam here, but there is a lot of very questionable content being submitted and eaten up that is not even close to verified.

The other member in the conversation, agath, is a member on bitcointalk and confirms them 100 %

 ..

Here is OPPO's facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Oppo

OPPO hong kong: https://www.facebook.com/OppoHongKong

Let them know what Fabrizio is doing. I'm sure they would be greatly interested to know their director of marketing is running an illegal security defrauding users for millions.

I found that log yesterday.

Original link: http://pastebin.com/ECm7V0LT

Fabrizio recently stated that he was not sure who Sam is, or that he thought that Sam was a hardware engineer who designed the ASIC's, but that log clearly shows that he "employed" him as a nominee director.

The log also shows that he was using "labcoin" forum name and signing the forum posts as Sam "to avoid direct exposure, various risks"

I contacted "agath" and he confirmed that he had a chat with Fabrizio and his sister Alessia, both convincing him to fund them, but he didn't proceed as he didn't trust them as their references didn't check out. agath even translated some of the parts of that log as Google Translate does not translate everything properly.

agath has previously came to this thread to confirm the content of the log with Alessia.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263445.msg3248594#msg3248594

I also contacted TheSwede75 and burnside, and both confirmed that they have never verified Sam's details. TheSwede75 confirmed that he never even spoke to Sam, apart from chats on Skype, forum, PM and email.

Also, burnside confirmed that he has not verified any of the identification of any of the issuers on the site, as they could have been photoshopped and he wouldn't be able to spot a fake!!!

I agree that everyone need to analyse the evidence, but don't turn the other way once the evidence is there! Ignoring the facts wont fix anything!

Disclosure: I had a large position in Labcoin, 100K+ with average price of 0.0021, and I have dumped the lot earlier today losing 90% of my investment (do your math).

agath's translation:

Quote

[02:17] <agath> tu saresti?
Who are you?

[02:17] <route69> ti ha informato riguardo al progetto ?
Did he told you about the project?

I think I can guess, but I am asking to be sure

[02:17] <route69> tu saresti cosa ? scusa non ho capito
What am I what? I didn't understand

[02:17] <agath> semmai tu saresti 'chi' :-)
You mean "WHO" are you :-)

[02:17] <route69> ah ok, Fabrizio Tatti
ah ok, I'm Fabrizio Tatti

the owner of iTec Pro Limited, which is behind Labcoin

[02:18] <agath> ok!
ok!

well, I want to know if you have news from TheSeven about the project

[02:18] <agath> no, non ne abbiamo parlato
no, we didn't talk about that

I know that he is following the various manufacturers

but I didn't have anymore any news about labcoin neither from your team nor from him

[02:19] <route69> ok allora
well then

[02:19] <route69> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241033.0
<no need to translate>

This is the official presentation, here it's me writing, but using the name of the nominee director that I hired for the Honk Kong company

[02:20] <route69> perche voglio evitare esposizioni dirette, rischi vari etc
because I don't want to be directly exposed to various risks

[02:20] <route69> in ogni caso poi legalmente ne rispondo io
anyway I am legally responsible

for everything, even if there is a nominee director

[02:21] <route69> il mio nome è venuto fuori comunque nel thread
my name appeared anyway on the thread

[02:21] <route69> + avanti
later on the thread

but it's obvious I didn't want to hide, just avoid direct exposure

ok, no problem, anyway I am not someone that does other's businesses.

i hope you realize taking LEGAL action will result in maybe people going to jail but you or anyone NOT RECEIVING anything out of it. if you hold off there is a chance of making things back if not take legal action then. you do this too soon you fuck everyone including yourself if you actually hold any shares. basically, legal action will stop things in it's tracks and basically everything is lost

Why would it boost confidence?

They had more than 24 hours to prepare for the Q&A and to clear any suspicion that this is a scam, and what evidence have they shown?

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are just incompetent and are having technical issues just like start-ups tend to do, but they have provided 0 tangible evidence so far.

The only reason to buy now is hoping 'Sam' (whoever he is) to sell the chip design, all chips, and refund all the investors with the BTC remaining. In that case, each share may get around 0.0006 BTC. If you think the probability for this to happen is 'p', then apparently we can buy the share at 0.0006 * p.

Even they proved they are incompetent and having technical issues, how much value can you expect from a company has only one man (with unknown identity) partly working on it, one 130nm chip design, and 20000 not-working chips?
