Basicly, this is a one-man (even this man is part time) company, with a maybe workable 130nm chip design and 20TH not workable chips. The 65nm plan is paused and don't know when to continue so can be safely ignored. Plus around 3500BTC left but 'very unlikely to refund'. The 'new' owner hesitates in providing his Identity and may have trouble in list in a new exchange.
Suppose this is what we know in the beginning (forget about ATH and ATL, forget about how much you have thrown on it already), how much will you pay for it?
3.5k BTC is cloase to half a million US dollars. I think with that sort of readily available cash that Fabrizio could begin work on the 65nm chip while the 130 is being salvaged. If he can get the 65nm into production by the end of the year LabCoin could still be a big big player in the mining community. No-one is doubting he has the 3.5k BTC. So maybe we can start making suggestions as to how he goes forward with these funds from here.

23 pages every 24hours... i wish there would be a moderated thread like ActiveMining did. They previously had the same amount of posts each day. Now its down to 2 pages each day. I really would like that. I have contacted his employer at Oppo so that they have been made aware of the situation.
Wow... i didnt realize how low some guys here are. So because you think that is a scam and you think this person is involved you try to destroy him? Even when there is a slight chance that the company is sold and he doesnt have anything to do with it anymore should have kept you from doing such things. If your sharp detective abilities werent so sharp you maybe destroy other persons life for nothing. I cant believe what results this circle of doom yield. I wonder what other things some guys here are capable of. Very minor compared to how many people he has destroyed in Labcoin. Nice stockholm syndrome btw

Where to begin.. first of all, mask set for a 65nm chip alone would cost him ~$500K at a cheap chinese fab. No way that sort of money buys you working and deployed chips Secondly, production takes 2-3 months, even he were to tape out today, chances of getting to market this year would be small. He is no where near tape out, no one is even working on it. Forget the 65nm chip. AS for the 130nm chips, according tp "labcoin" they are all packaged in a plastic package which is simply inadequate for their power consumption. I cant see how you could possibly salvage them. You could perhaps run them at 10% of their specced speed to prevent overheating, but thats just not worth it. Doing another production run with the existing mask set, and using a more sensibe package would be possible, and not even very expensive, but would cost 2-3 months. By that time, a 130nm asic is pointless. None of this is really important, because this is scam. But even if it werent, there is no way to turn it around.

just wait, there will be a rush of people here to blame critics for the fall of Labcon. They won't blame themselves, they won't blame Labcon, they'll blame people who didn't buy into the scam.

Trolling isn't what brought labcoin and actm down, it was actual decisions by those in charge that affected share price.

This is excellent and is exactly what this thread should be used for. Please take the conspiracy theories to another thread, thanks.
That is cute. I don't remember you listening when others asked you to stop spreading FUD, and back then Labcoin seemed to be less of a scam compared to now. I wasn't spreading FUD. I genuinely believed it was a scam. I never held shares until a couple of days ago and therefore had no motive to spread FUD hundreds of pages ago. People need to start using the correct terms for what they are describing and stop making baseless accusations. Labcoin is not a scam and therefore your comment suggesting otherwise is wrong. EDIT: I am trying to be constructive and make a positive contribution to this thread. I will continue to do so regardless of what others say. Haha, once the share price collapses and you think you can make a buck on a rebound, you decide it's not a scam. Well it's good to see you will be losing your money too then. Yet another person challenging me simply because I have no problem with being honest about my intentions. Ironic really. Let's recap. I thought it was a scam three weeks ago and said so vehemently, much like the majority are doing today. Then a couple of days ago I decided the price was so low that a small investment of 15btc had a manageable risk-return due to the small but reasonable possibility that it wasn't a scam. Then Labcoin Sam missed the IRC 24 hour deadline and my only explanation was that it was indeed a scam, so I sold which triggered a price crash. On the news the IRC chat was to happen, I bought back in at a loss and now believe it is not a scam. Show me where I have failed to follow logic in these decisions. I haven't made any profit from flipping as some of you suggest. I have thirtyfive thousand shares from having owned fourtyfive thousand. I am genuinely not attempting to manipulate the price for my own gain, I have the shares now and will let it run it's full course regardless of price. I am the boy who cried wolf and understand why so many of you resent me especially as I have occupied both sides of this scam debate.

The same reason they were at .001, .0008, .0006,.0005,.0004,.0003, and now .0002, so they can lose 50% when it goes to .00009

Because the panic spreaders could not convince enough of the weak minded to sell into their bids. Now they are scrambling to get their position back.

Investors have taken it up the ass on this one, and there is no way that either of the Tatti's should be allowed to walk away.
As it is illegal to issue unregistered shares in China, and Tatti spends his time in Shenzhen, it is obvious as to why he is trying to separate himself from the company, and the fallout. Good luck with that.

Really? Source? If it's about the refund, he pretty much said the contrary. It was mentioned In q&a Each share would be worth about .0006

Exact source please. I read the Q&A and saw nothing of the sort. It wasn't about refund more like a buyback. It was just one sentence and I can't search on my iPhone. I asked radium to ask him to expand but didn't happen

It was mentioned In q&a Each share would be worth about .0006 Here's the http://pastebin.com/RSa1JPvMCTRL+F 'repurchasing' There's a difference between a share buyback and a refund (which seems to be what ishkur is referencing). A 'refund' would give back the IPO funds that haven not yet been spent. If there was 50% of the funds remaining, each share would receive IPO price * .5 - .0005. Sam has explicitly said that this is not on the table. A share buyback would use funds (most likely non-IPO funds) to purchase shares on the market and either decrease the outstanding shares to less than 10 Million or to increase the founders' (or Sam's) number of shares.
