can you be careful not to harass people. there is a fine line to getting info do it in a courteous way for the time being.

also, since you are reaching out to people try howard since he's the main guy behind the chip, he will know who paid him, what was designed etc at this time he may have quite a lot of information that's of use. do so in a courteous way.

Didn't Fabrizio deny any involvement in Labcoin as well?
However in the latest Q&A,  "Samuel Nol" confirmed Fabrizio had verified his identity with Burnside, it is certain Fabrizio was lying.

"Samuel Noi" had also confirmed Alessia was at least involved in Labcoin at the early stage of the project.
So either Samuel or the Tattis were lying, we can safely conclude that Labcoin is full of lies if it is not a scam.

Which documents? It's on the ITEC PRO LTD. documents, but there is no direct connection to Labcoin.

I see. I think you refer to this - looks like it's not signed by Fabrizzio, but Howard Wang was the one who initiated this.

And he provided his ID to burnside, thereby associating himself with the contract, which also lists him as founder and sole owner. It will be difficult to argue that he isn't behind the company if a government agency becomes involved. The domain name is also listed as owned by the company but with Sam's name as contact.

It will come down to exactly who this Sam is. Generally, a nominee director is a non-executive, used to create privacy for the beneficial owner, and is not involved in the actual running of the company.

Thinking about this, I believe that Fabrizio was probably worried that his Labcoin side project could affect his real job at OPPO. That's why he decided to hide behind the Sam Noi name.
