I have setup a Philosopherstone STRATUM PPLNS Pool and its working fine, so you are welcome to join and spread the network hashrate.

I have set pool fees to only 1%, 60 block confirms for fast payouts, and only 0.01 PHS payout fee to pay the actual transaction fee.

phs.minar.cc

Start your miner using the following parameters:
URL:stratum+tcp://phs.minar.cc
PORT:3338
USER:username.worker
PASS:workerPass

Sample command-line:
   ./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://phs.minar.cc:3338 --scrypt -u username.worker -p workerPass

Here is the official ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263787

Please let me know if you find anything out of normal, comments and suggestions also welcome!

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.

diff 162K ?

am i missing something? Undecided

Edit:  i guess the high hash is because the reward is doubled for 5 days.

Personally im not going to bother with this coin.  50%  annual interest makes it worthless as a currency.  Should have called it Zimbabwe Coin.

If it was called Zimbabwe Coin, it would imply the 50% annual interest goes to a central authority. The people holding the coins get the interest so I don't see a problem. Even if the interest rate causes the price of a coin to fall, what's the difference if you get more coins so you end up with the same value?

Keep getting pool disconnects and losing 65 + shares each time

Seems related to difficulty changing when the block is found

why?

Still getting disconnects and losing all shares due to longpolling.

Is that the same for everyone else?

Why don't you use the more archaic term for philosopher's stone, Arcanum? the name has a cryptic nature to it already!
