Thanks to Palmdetroit and Balthazar for fixing a bug in the 1.2 code. I tested Palmdetroit's new client, my wallet seems sync fine without any issues. This looks like a good client to me, so I updated the windows download link below and also the source link. I will fix the official source later when I am back from the travel. Everyone please use the new client and source and let's create no more confusions on this coin.

GREAT JOB PalmDetroit and Balthazar for the fix of the QT (seems to work perfectly) and GLad to See John DID NOT abandon the coin (he just has a REAL LIFE!!! - GOOD going John for a really well configured coin that even survived such a hiccup (it is a hiccup, not a disaster - created by an excited mining crowd).  I think this coin with its fast transactions confirmations, moderate block generation rate and strong POS generation will stabilize this blockchain over time.  Thanks to goodness and good admin habits - ALL my mined Coins ARE TRUE on the TRUE BLOCKCHAIN YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!

Will do , newer client should be in good shape as long as the old ones upgrade, still have lots of older nodes =p Will pm you when client is update again and thanks.

there still problems with all sorts of old nodes on the network but if most upgrade this will be resolved.

Get a clean chain !

Remember orphans and forks are cause by the older clients/nodes so this will help with that, also the next update will reduce risk of fork/orphan moreso.

although we dont have an explorer, and barely an exchange - recently PalmDetroit and Balthazar stepped in and did a great job of adding the needed checkpoints and some other mods to the QT while the developer was on an international biz trip.  This is a GREAT coin, NO premine, FAir Launch, the Blockchain has worked through the initial POW POS difficulty conflicts and mining difficulty is stabilizing. 
 Each normal block has 64 Philosopherstone
   - 2 minutes block time
   - Difficulty retargets every block
   - Mining payout will be halved every 3 months (or every 64800 blocks)
   - Expected total mined coins will be 8,891,840 Philosopherstones
   - 4 confirmations for transactions
   - 50 confirmations for minted blocks
   - Support transaction message
   - Maximum number of Philosopherstones to be generated is 2 billion

   - Random bonus blocks are (on average):
      - 1 superblock of 512 Philosopherstones every day
      - 1 superblock of 128 Philosopherstones every hour (24 such blocks per day)
   - When getting superblocks, different images will displayed, so it is easy to see.

PHS.MINAR.CC POOL WILL BE DOWN IN ABOUT 10 MIN FOR CLIENT UPDATE, FOR AS LONG AS THE CHAIN DOWNLOADS. YOU CAN STILL POINT YOUR CGMINER AT THE POOL (IF USING CONF WITH MULTIPLE POOLS ADD IT AS POOL 0, AND ADD ANOTHER POOL ON 1, THEY WILL RECONNECT BACK TO THE POO WHEN CLIENT FINISHES SYNCING UP.

It's a bug, stable client and nodes is more important for now, however. You can notice it most when difficulty shoots up very very high 20-30 500-1000Mhash, etc, for short periods, anything is possible
