1 ETH - should buy alt or hold on to it

I have seen so many alt coins that were cheaper and I was holding on to ETH thinking  it will pave out. I wish i bought altcoins with it as that would got me some profits.

For e.g

I was watching VERGE xvg recently when it was less than 1 cent. today it is 25 cents. I wish that I had invested in it when My gut  instincts was for it.

Did not want to loose the only ether as i lost my Previous eth in Confido scam. Please advise.

Maybe the best thing would be to try to keep it if you only have one Ethereum, as you know the price is much lower than expected, you just have to have a little patience and surely in the next few months your value may go up. Equally

Don't hold your Ethereum or you can buy some altcoins where  you can get huge profit. You should search coinmarketcap or good ICO. Now most of ICO is Scam

I think that now it is a lot better to hold to the Ethereum. It is under valuated and will grow sooner or later. Investing in ICO right now is at least risky and I don't recommend it.

buying altcoins on ico also does not guarantee that you will get big profits because the market conditions are bleeding. so I think that I can stand in ethereum and wait for high profit prices in the future.

Distribute this amount wisely. Especially Ethereum now is not so much so you can do with minimal final losses or a very large benefit. To date, I think that you need to average your positions on past investments, for sure your portfolio is now in the red. I slowly buy more of those coins that I bought earlier at a higher cost.

Its hard to find altcoin that would for sure give you bigger profits than ETH because there are so many of them. I would rather hold ETH and wait for it to gain some value than risk it with some dead altcoin.

Eth is good for long term investment but i always believe that diversifying your coins is the best strategy. So if you are wondering either to keep it or not, i guess it is best to use 50% of your eth in buying altcoins that for you has potential and the other 50%, you keep it as eth until it grows.

Yet I believe that the ether is stable relative to other crypto-currencies too. Eth - one of the basic crypto currency. It definitely enters the top in value, growth and capitalization. A lot of other financial instruments are being built on the basis of the ether

I had th same quastion couple of months ago and I decided to invest in altcoin. I've doubled my investment and for now I'm trying to split 50% holding in ETH an other 30% investing in ICO and 20% day trading. This my proportion that works and I hope it will keep on working.

I just wanted to recommend it. You can go on holding one Ethereum or exchange it for the other altcoins that are going to grow. You can pick cheap coins, several ones: Ontology, IOTA, EO, ICON, VeChain.
