I recommend/suggest anyone who like to invest or trade in crypto for long term HODL.
It's gives so much profit. But short term trade can you lose. Its so risky.
So, try for long term (not short/mid term).

I suggest you should diversify your options like investing in other altcoins and keep some of your ETH. Just like you, I have ETH but I never rely on it alone. I have several altcoins that I own such as ETN, TRX, TIO, XEM, DOGE and so on, and I always keep my options open whenever there are emerging cryptocurrencies and ICOs that are quite promising to me.
However, we should prepare for the risks that we have to take, especially when Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are plunging to the market just like the past weeks of bloodbath. I don't know about this week though if the bears are going to stabilize it or will there be a bullish run. Maybe after the Chinese New Year, I think the bulls are going to push the price more.

I would highly recommend investing that one Ethereum in a low cap alts that have just hit the markets. New low cap coins have the most potential to give you exponential returns on your money. Although I’m bullish on Ethereum, I don’t really see it doing a 100x over the next year.

You can buy alts by using ETH pair. you can hold both so you will have both coins in the long term.. buy more and hold we're in a consolidation period. just hold bitcoin and altcoins.It depends on how much you want to risk and how big profit you expect. Bigger risk equals bigger possible profit.

You can hold on to your 1ETH so you will make profit from it when price goes up but if you want to invest in altcoins you can still consider investment in Qtum, its also a great one.

I think it's better to split it into different alt coins this will make you greater profits though there's always a risk upon it. In my opinion, if you want to be safe and not too strong in HODLing I recommend you stay with Ethereum.

you better divide it between buying altcoin and eth in order to balance the finances. when we predict buy altcoin with appropriate and there is a price we can profit if it can not lose big.

It would be a smart choıce to hold on to that one Eth consıderıng that the rısk ısnt too much, merely 900 USD but the future potentıal valuatıon must be very hıgh consıderıng the current ıncrease ın the prıce of ethereum along wıth the hundreds of altcoın network ıt supports. Thıs could value ethereum at nearly 2000 USD ın the near future.

I have seen so many alt coins that were cheaper and I was holding on to ETH thinking it will pave out. I wish i bought altcoins with it as that would got me some profits.
For e.g
I was watching VERGE xvg recently when it was less than 1 cent. today it is 25 cents. I wish that I had invested in it when My gut instincts was for it.
Did not want to loose the only ether as i lost my Previous eth in Confido scam. Please advise.
With just one ETH, I think you should keep it. Ethereum lost least of its value during the last correction and I think that the price will increase soon. |

For me, my suggestion is Used the 50% to buy an alts and the other 50% just hold the remaining eth balance. This is much better because you will be both earned from eth and alts but before doing to buy an alts, make sure that the alts you will buy is good so that soon you will get a nice profits from them. |

If for me i like to hold my 1 ETH instead of investing into other coins because the value of 1 ETH is good but if i buy other altcoin there will be some fee on me for buying other coins so it is better to hold my one ETH.

I think it's best to keep Ethereum now if you're not sure about your investment. This is a promising coin if you are a long-term investor. Good luck. |

Risk always comes with profit, you missed the opportunity to invest in Verge when it is cheap but regret when it rises. Because you need a lot of knowledge to enter the market, an ETH can become 10 ETH in the future if you have the knowledge you need. If you are afraid you can keep an ETH for long term. Of course ETH will grow strongly. You can invest in the Socifi project as this is a good project at the moment
Verge is on another pump right now. I totally forgot to change my sell order when I bought it 3 weeks ago and it triggered last night at 730 satoshis (I last checked and it is 830). It will definitely correct again when the dumping begins thanks to McAfee and co, so I would look to buy it again at 600. It is really looking like one of those pump and dump projects to be honest, so milk it while it lasts, otherwise I would actually just hold on to 1 ETH and be patient. |

The most important thing to know when you are investing is put your investment in several coin, do not put all your money in one coin. So you have chances to gain profit even on or two coins losing the price.

I guess Ethereum price will remain at 900 to 1100 USD till April so you won't miss out some that will go to the moon this next month. There are a lot of cryptocurrency that will make you a huge profit, just do research, and you'll find I'm right. Don't be afraid to risk because it is the first step to success, take note of that. Then after you make more profit than before, you can buy Ethereum once again then hold it, just like you always wanted. |

I would say, you can invest 1 ETH in ICO project and increase you Ethereum amount. Check this website (icodrops) and choose an ICO, which has the best potential to grow.

I personaly suggest you to hold your ETH, because for sure ETH will reach high range within this year. Still if you dont have hope on ETH, better you can split 60% ETH and 40% other altcoins.
High price altcoins:
NEO, XMR, ZEC, DASH, DOGE
Low price altcoins:
IOTA, LITECOIN.ADA, XRP

I can suggest you to hold what eth you have right now, eth is a promisng coin that i think or i believe is next to bitcoin when we talk about its price. Eth will still increase ita value so you can hold it. But if you want to have more probability of earning a lot of profit, split it up buy some coin that you think will give you profit and hold the rest in eth.

If I have 1 ETH i would buy and try other altcoins. I'll spread my 1 ETH to the other altcoins, because other altcoins also have potential here in the crypto world all the new one also have potentials. These altcoins might gain more profit than to hold 1 ETH. In investing here in the crypto world you need to predict what will happen soon. If you're a good observer you will have good prediction when will increase and decrease and when to buy and sell it.
