Invest now or wait?

On your side i would wait some time, this situation what i see now on the market looks like trap.  couple days ago i closed all my orders in bittrex exchange, but day after the prices started to go up fast. I find this strange and think that is dangerous to buy anything in this situation. so, i would wait.

I think you should invest now. The values may be a bit high right now but if you wait, it will get even higher. You may have missed the dip but it doesn't matter since there is no perfect time as to when to invest. What matters is how much you are willing to invest and if the coin you are investing in will surely give you slme profit. Though it is advantageous to get some coins at a low price but it doesn't directly affect you profit; the difference is not that huge.

Litecoin is witnessing a lot of movement lately and this may be the right time to purchase LTC if you have sufficient funds. But I will be more cautious with ETH. It looks a little bit overpriced now at BTC0.05 per coin. I would advice you to wait until the prices get back to BTC0.03 per coin.

Now, invest in altcoins, I would not. You need to wait. I'm sure this is not the bottom and bitcoin will drop lower (8-10K) before the New year and drags the alts. And once that happens, stock up.

You can try investing in little-known coins of good projects now like United traders or Universa and hoping for big growth. Or you can invest in better known coins like Ethereum, I'm more reliable

the whole crypto marketcap fell to 500 billion, its in a dip since it was 600 or more

The prices right now are still looking decent enough right now even after the latest pump. Why don't  you invest 50% of your portfolio now and wait with the other half? If there's a dump soon then you can enter with all of your money and you by averaging down your entrance price and you'll also wont feel so bad as if you would have invested all of your money amd then it dumped.
