It is better for you to invest now than wait till whether their market values will decline further or not of which may not be so base on your speculation. But you are short term investor it is better you do your research well for other altcoins that will yeild good return on investment within a short period of time.

If you believe that BITCOIN price will rise in future than start buying on dips. This can be a best opportunity for investing as all crypto-market is red and quite cheap to buy at this point of time.

I think that you should not wait. My friend wanted to buy the ethereum at the time when he was worth $ 350 , but he did not buy it. Then he wanted to buy it for $ 800, but he did not buy it either. Now he wants to buy it, too.

Even though you missed the dip that doesn't actually mean that it would be the highest value your preffered holdings would be able to reach specially now that the year has just started.  I'm quite sure it every top altcoins would still increase in value and it will happen more likely as we reach again the holiday seasons.

Invest in the dip and sell on the top. A dip is a dip and usually a good time to buy in instead of going FOMO on those things.

There is no sense to wait if you are capable of investing now because i believe that time is money so don't wait of something to come if there is already an opportunity of the present.
