Your tip of advise was a good idea pal, sounds that I can apply that also. I remember a thread here in the forum which I don't know where did I read it but for what I read was never put all your eggs in one basket. So if you invest your capital in different altcoins which are really potentials for sure in the end you get your reward of your decision.

When you send any btc to the original genesis address, you decrease the total sum of BTCs available, thus making BTCs more valuable and scarce. It is like increasing the value of everybody else's btc

In my opinion, Invest now because your wasting your day if you wait. The price now is more okay to buy Altcoins or bitcoin. But you need to be careful think twice and research first so you know who is have a potential to hold your investment, so that you will not dissapoint with the outcome.

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

In my humble opinion, you  an wait to get lucky and wait for the prices to drop again or you can make your own luck and buy at the actual prices and wait for a growth.

I only bought BTC. I wasn't able to buy ETH while it was at $700+ rate so I'm a bit devastated because its back on its $1k mark again. Hope I'd be able to buy again soon at a cheaper rate than today

I think now is the right time to invest considering that prices go down then hold it for the long term since most probably it will go up again. Just don't easily get upset or discouraged to sell it immediately when prices will still goes down.Learn to wait the right timing so that you can gain big.

follow jp morgan. study many altcoins. once you have done than then invest on the most profitable ALTCOIN is you think! you are in good hands on your research! dont be afraid ass value in crypto never lose 100% but earn more than 1000%. mostly!

I think you should invest now.. Because in coinmarket we can see that lot of coins price are very low.. Its the best opportunity for us.. Nobody will miss that chance i think.. If possible buy some bitcoin and other altcoins also.. I invested some money for altcoins.. They are - dent, bytecoin, Nxt, waves, kin, Kucoin.. I am also thinking to buy some ripple.. I hope i can get some profit from these coins.. I will hold for long term if needed . Dont wait just research and buy..

But as long as they werent scam/junk coins, and you didnt sell them realizing your loss....they will go up. Ive been mining and at this off and on since 2011. I mined bitcoin at $0.30 sold for $36 and thought I made a fortune. I had 2.4Million doge at $0.000033 and sold them for about $240 thinking I needed to salavge what I could before they were worthless...last week XDG was at $0.015, had I held them two more years it would be worth $36,000.

If you bought good coins and hold them long enough and don't realize the loss...it will come up. The brightest and wealthiest minds are flocking to crypto and the companies that surround them...Blockchain is here to stay.

But I too do follow the 1/5 strategy for cost averaging. Then again when I saw the huge Chinese New Year dip occur last week for the 4th/5th? year in a row...I bought heavily. Every year it catches me by surprise, and then its like, oh yeah, I went through this last year, I'll need to remember this for next.
