maybe bitcoin is very meaningful to individuals but not to groups / companies and even countries, because it does not have a price stability that can menimbullkan big risks. so they speculate that bitcoin is not profitable.

Lots of the reason the media is against bitcoin is because the journalists spent years saying "this is a fad" only to see it soar which leaves them sore because they've missed out on gains. There is a good example in today's Financial Times titled "I told you investing in bitcoin was a bad idea": https://www.ft.com/content/42822ebe-fc4a-11e7-9b32-d7d59aace167The author devotes a lot of time pointing out Bitcoin has fallen 50% from the all time peak, but fails to mention that it is at teh November levels, and the rise from last January makes the coin a 10-bagger. The only people who have lost money are those who bought in December at the highs. |

Because they can't touch it, I mean some government not all don't want bitcoin because they can't earn something from it (taxs) and media is somehow controlled and can be manipulated by the government and bitcoin can't be controlled by the government.

For the sake of news whether it will be real or fake, media will continue to provide it. They just provide news but you will never know yourself if you don't get to know of bitcoin.

because the media want to try to make bitcoin prices down and give them a chance to get profit, so if there is a media that spread negative information about bitcoin then get ready to buy as much bitcoin as possible because that is the right moment when the price goes down buying bitcoin. It could be that this happens, many ways that will be done by profit-seekers and groups who have an interest ..  |

Maybe because they are paid by the banks. We know that banks have bitcoins and of course to avoid and overthrow the bitcoins they need to sympathize with people through the media! We know that the media is the first of the people so it does not dare to join btc

Because putting up a story into a certain topic makes commotion that caught the interests of the viewers and readers, in short the audience of different media platforms. By this way of making news, people will surely get engage on talking about that topic which makes the news popular to be talked about by the massive number of audiences involved. Maybe also, upon doing researches of their own, they truly seek on what does the negatives Bitcoin have because it attracts people to get curious about that so it was just like they were selling their articles into the people by spoiling out the negative side of Bitcoin. |

because all the media belong to the rich who have controlled the various sectors they do not want a change that disturbs the comforts of those they have mastered and they have with the bitcoin they feel a threat to their business that will change the order that has been they have accomplished

Media need viewers to get revenue .. the introduction of bitcoin foremost information will attract a lot of followers. That will increase sales and profits for them .. bitcoin always bring great value to everyone if you take advantage of it.

For me, not all media is against on bitcoin, but most of them are genuinely against on it. Yes, most of the people still see bitcoin as a scam or fraud we all know that is not true because we have our meaning of bitcoin and we know the purpose of bitcoin and what is bitcoin. Most of the media is just manipulated by the government sectors that don’t want to accept bitcoin, or they just want to divert it to some reason they want. Also, the government can’t control bitcoin that’s the way they are doing some things to make it awful in public.  |

Media always trash about everything. Scandal gets views.
Not everything, the media knows very well what to do and what not to do there are many things they do not attack, think of the media as mercenaries they are not going to attack something unless they are paid to do so, if there is no one interested in paying to attack something then they wont. |

Media against in bitcoin because bitcoin can kill the real currency of one nation that's why they are against in it and also they know that if the bitcoin way be legalized many of the people will turn all there investment to bitcoin and many of these banks maybe bankrupt, that is my opinion why media doesn't accept bitcoin, there has a many chances or possibilities why they are against in it

In my own opinion, the reason why the media is against bitcoin is that it can create or make those undergraduate millionaires! And that's a truth slap for them having been working for long hours and still working. While those cypto currency enthusiasts makes money without landing a job.

It is just because they don't really wanted to have this kind of currency occuring in this world. Having this currency makes it a lot more easier in everything. But those everything that bitcoin could do in a positive way is being oppose by the traditional media. And they are always focusing on the volatility of bitcoins market. Well, traditional media are not good opportunist, but in terms of what people wanted them to show in the news, that's where there opportunistic side open. |

Medias are being controlled by different companies whether it is a good or bad advertisement. Medias is really helpful to decrease the amount of cryptocurrency investors that are affecting their own business, most of the people that are being hurt by bitcoins are politicians and banks. |

Although mass media is managed by individuals called companies. But in truth, mass media is a weapon that is very easy to use the government in the attack. The government doesn`t hesitate to smooth out action in the form of FUD or other issues to destroy anything that is not in line with them like 'bitcoin' for example. Because the bitcoin we know today, has never received sponsorship rights from the government, except Japan and the Netherlands. |

In most cases they do not know what they are talking about and they possess only pieces of the overall picture.They just make reportages to make the rating higher,therefore there are people with irrelevant knowledge or in another situation media is against the whole crypto world because owners of this specific media are influential persons and they don't have interests in it.So there may be speculative behaviour or just talking without facts.Despite the fact I want to say that the crypto market system is more like a stream of water and behaviours like that are temporary.
