It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I dont in XRP's technology,a centralized coin will dominate a decentralized community? thats the worst thing that could happen.
You haven't got the point. The main problem is the crypto still pegged into the centralized exchange and it's easy to be manipulated. This centralized banker currency at the second place after the bitcoin. How people are mad caused by fast money and they are not thinking about the long term affect that will be appeared caused by that. centralized currency is crap.

It's getting way too much attention for how shady it is.

You people do know it was created by banksters right?

You do realize, it's one of the most responsibly manipulated assets in the crypto scene right?

You people realize we are trying to get away from banksters influence, right?

Or are you all so drawn in by easy money, you disregard your morals and values?

Disgusting.
let those nonsense talker and those know nothing in crypto enjoy the movement
of ripple now..i wish they will invest all theyre funds on thaat bank pet coin,so when it
dumps they will all cry forever because they believe on that coin.

I feel the same. It looks like banks want to get the crypto market under their control. It looks like so and they are pretty succeed here. I'm out.

Guys, Ripple has the best solution for a fast payment.
How much people uses a bank? Yes almost the whole world!!!
Transactions time is one day or more  Huh And Ripple can change this for everybody in the world to 4 seconds.
Thats a revolutionair product for a lot of people.
Maybe some crypto are better but a couple of developers isn’t enough.

More than 100 banking partners, more than 150 times higher XRP value, more than 200 employees and more than 300 XRP ledger nodes.

If you say its centralized you need to read more about Ripple.
If you think it’s pump and dump think about when all banks are using ripple  Shocked
I think the price is still low now..

goal of cryptocurrencies is get freedom from the power and influence of banks,

not help them, or subdue below them

it would be better if we just create a new coinmarket cap without the banksters

When people speculate, they don't mind whether it's a box of shit, money is the king Grin
Its true but eventually those who seek for money itself and not including the obligations behind will find themselves in losing because in the end what people wants is a freedom that blockchain technology represents and not this ripple.

Sorry but ripple is free.
Btw its open source if anyone wondered . And they CANT print more xrp.
And they are decentralized <---buzzword
And there its worldwide widely recognized by governments and regulators and central banks , a thing what most cryptos dream about Smiley

I couldn't agree more. Ripple is a reminder that we can still be manipulated. Allowing ripple to gain so much attention would only help finance these centralized markets. We forget the reason why we're in the crypto world because we are tired of manipulation from the bamks and the government

Lets enjoy the ride of its hype and then dump it eventually because of the centralization of the bankers.

It is a pity that people are diverging away from the core  objectives of bitcoin as a way of being not controlled by a third person I.e decentralized rather people are after making money by investing in profitable coins devoid of the project behind it whether centralized or not using ripple as a case study although some investors had started dumping it after discovering that bankers are behind it.

Yes XRP looks like a trojan, its role on the true crypto-community is quite questionable.

xrp ripple is not a cryptocurrency its a toy of the banksters
