Investors have weak motivation. What is the purpose for them to buy tokens? After all, the company will not offer any services, so the increase of the token price is questionable. Why then buy them on the ICO?
Because the company pays dividends to token holders. So, it turns out to be a full-fledged investment in the company with receiving a part of the income from its profits.

I haven't seen projects that will pay dividends to investors for a long time. And how much will the company spend on the dividend payments per month?
There is no fixed amount. 77 percent of the company's net profit will be allocated for dividend payments. Dividends will be paid automatically in Ethereum through smart contracts.

Can’t the company reduce the share of net profit that will be allocated for the payment of dividends in the future?

For several days now, still no reaction/response to my posts from minerone.io   Lips sealed

Seriously, i think that's no appropiate way to handle this annoying inconvenience, which hits early investors very hard.

When i did an early FIAT investment with 35% bonus, this ROI Calculator indicated about factor 7 (x7) for 3 years.
Today it shows about factor 6,5.

Since as an early investor i received about 50% less MiO tokens than an invest today would give me, this calculator is more of a funny estimator with very positive assumption at every time.

Still hoping for a goodwill action, to compensate the disadvantage of early supporters/investors (additional free MiO Tokens for early investors, who got hit hard by the drop of Ethereum-rate due to the fact, Miner One doesn't calculate the price of MiO in FIAT, a currency by the way they have to use for buying hardware, pay for electricity etc.).

Dear RLodbrok, as we have said already several times, there is no reasonable principle in accordance with which we could compensate every investor for every decline in one exchange rate or another. This is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions and is also just common sense. Investments in this very new field are not without risk and we have been very open and clear about those. That said, we remain confident that Miner One will operate profitably and MIO Token Holders will enjoy the benefits.

Finally thank you for the response, which -although it's not what i was hoping/expecting- i'm going to accept.

There still remains a insipid aftertaste, because the disadvantage is very hard for all of your early supporters/investors.

Nevertheless i wish the project all the best and i stay confident.

Thanks for understanding. These sometimes dramatic cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations will be with us for some time yet. Let's stay focused on long-term gains.

I've posted this in other topic, but some real digits can be interesting for people here, I hope:

Quote
Just to add some positive and to confirm Dias words in telegram:

NOt only crypto falls but price of miners dramatically lower last weeks also.
For ex.: S9 Antminer was ~$2800 in distribution channel March 19 (for big clients).
It's price about full unit with power source included.
April 4th it is just $1400 (started from 50 units).

Also other fu...ng but popular way to mine without real farm, Hashflare.
1Th/s on 19.03 produce 0.000035BTC per day.
Now it's only 0.000018BTC. I know they are stinking, Baltic scamers, (just count HashCoins, HashFlare, Polybius and maybe more), but with one of biggest auditory  Embarrassed

So...
Assets falls down, other mining services same shit, co-mining ICO's collect crypto which about x1/2 of Feb levels...
But price of ASICs really low now and new generation miners start to be promoted last days.
If something can be successful in this area - I think it is projects like IRM or MIO with real farms and inexperienced but brave teams  Grin

Future will tell how sad story will be finished.
Hope MIO team makes right decision from their errors and project will survive.

Will 23 percent of the net profit, that will remain for the company, be spent on the construction of new mining centers?

And yes, there is still: "World-Class Team" on site.

No hedge, no payment for old warehouse rent (they call it 'to build data-centre') in advance after pre-ICO money collect, etc.
And more surprizes in the future...

BTW. From my past experience I know in depth how warehouse ~60000 m2 works.
Only for reserve electricity it have build-in co-generation station for 1.5 MW of electricity (+heat).
There is no equipment like ASICs or plain 19" servers.
Just less than hundred stackers charging-working 24/7.
And once again - it is reserve line.

How much MIO plan for farm?
I saw (if I remember it correctly) about ~3MW in total and it's only permission, not real 10K/0,2K transformer?
....

Hello, Ice Rock. Reports say Kazakhstan is banning crypto mining. Let us know if you want to move your miners to Luleå. Perhaps we can help you. Smiley

In how many months after the end of the ICO do you want to make the first dividend payment to token holders?

First payouts are scheduled for August 2018

I wonder how long it will be profitable to mine cryptocurrencies? Have your company’s experts conducted such a research?

What will you do, if a strong economic crisis begins in the country, where you have a mining center, and it becomes unprofitable to work in this region?

That could happen with any country in the world, no one can predict, but We beleive that Sweden has one of the most stable economy (one of the reasons it was chosen), besides the mining center will be classified as a data center, and even if the huge crisis could hit the Sweden (which is most unlikely happen) it won't influence it that much. Besides, please consider the fact that MinerOne allocates 23% of the output for such cases and the mining can be paused untill the situation becomes clear.
