Until what date will ICO last?
If I'm not mistaken, Token Sale should end on May 15.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Hi there,

nice project. One quick question:

If a tax authority want's information about the clients, will they have to apply for this information in Sweden at the operational entity? Or is the headquarter in the UAE in charge? Who keeps this information?

Thanks

Here the answers from live chat and mail:

Sorry for keeping you waiting, XXXX. Regarding the tax obligations – Generally, Miner One payouts and any appreciation in value of the cryptocurrency you own would be considered taxable income once you exchange it to fiat currency.

Yes, I know that. But that was not my question. Who at Miner One is in charge for tax authorities questions? It makes a big difference whether it is Sweden or UAE from the point of view of a EU citizen. Thanks.

I need to verify this question. Can I respond you later at your e-mail?

yes please, that would be fine.

Thank you for your question at our live chat.
As promised I'm back to you with the reply.
First of all, I would like to note that we are not tax specialists and can't advise you regarding tax questions in your country.

The payouts to be arranged in ETH to your account. The company in charge of operating payouts is Miner One FZE, registered in UAE.
If there will be an official request from the tax office, the UAE company will be in charge.

Why did you decide to abandon the water cooling of your enterprises? After all, is this type of cooling one of the most effective?

What equipment for mining cryptocurrency is the most powerful and profitable? Will you buy such equipment for your mining center?
We will buy the best currently-available hardware that is specially made to mine bitcoin. They are called ASICs, or “Application-specific integrated circuit chips”. Right now, the best ASIC miner is the Ebit Miner E10 made by Ebang. For a comparison of miners, please see our White Paper.

Hi! Thank you.

We are not tax specialists and are not qualified to provide definite answers about your tax obligations. Generally, Miner One payouts and any appreciation in value of the cryptocurrency you own would be considered taxable income once you exchange it to fiat currency.

We are operating on behalf of Miner One FZE, registered in UAE.

All of the manufacturers we met with – Bitmain, Ebang, and Canaan – have confirmed that they have the miners we need and can deliver them to our facility Luleå, Sweden on schedule for us to start mining this Summer, as planned.

What experience does your team have in organizing major mining centers?
Our CEO Pranas Slušnys and the Miner One Team have two decades of experience building and managing data centres that are even more complex than what Miner One will require and several team members have experience mining cryptocurrency themselves.
Check out the following article about the Miner One Team: https://medium.com/@minerone.io/meet-the-team-building-miner-one-the-worlds-largest-crowdfunded-bitcoin-mining-operation-d371f8931cbf. See www.MinerOne.io and our White Paper for complete details.

Why did you decide to abandon the water cooling of your enterprises? After all, is this type of cooling one of the most effective?
No water will be used for cooling, so there is absolutely no risk of spillage that could result in equipment damage. The cool climate makes Northern Europe the ideal location for mining centres as very little additional power is required for cooling.

ASICs of what manufacturer will you buy for your first mining center?
Each manufacturer has its strengths: Bitmain (makers of Antminer S9 and others) being the best-known and market leader, Ebang (makers of Ebit E10 and others) being the fastest, and Canaan (makers of the Avalon series) boasting a high degree of reliability and customer care.

It’s going to depend on the ICO results. The number of mining equipment is going to depend on money they raise.

Well if we have a look at the best ASIC for today then it requires 1-1.5 kilowatts.

A lot. The most of the money is going to be spend on electricity bills…
