Are you positive you have the correct address? Go to receive coins, right click on the address, and then copy address and try again.

Copy your address and paste in after the dumpprivkey statement. If you have the wallet encrypted, you need to do an extra step. I forget the process, but hopefully someone else can add the details here.

You have dumpprivkey command after which you have to type the address you want private key for and you have
dumpwallet command which dumps privatekeys for all addresses in your wallet in a single file
second command must be in this format:  dumpwallet <filename>
you replace <filename> with what you want your file to be named, for example DOkeysMar2018 or something like that
