Im not here to fUD but Im raising my concerns; first of all I missed info when the airdrops will finnish.
What scare me was this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2057229.0 and the fact trading is tanking.
This being sayed, what can be done for recovery? I bought it too expensive and can`t affor to buy more. I hold what I have and sinceraly not even participating in airdrops, simply lack of time.
Any vibrant arguments are more than welcome. Community made a lot about this coin, can we see it being more used at instances it could be spent and traded more? I`m definetly not going to sell at lost. When approached to this coin I had my trust but it started to bleach over tanked demand for it, even though it`s way alot cheaper than at the moment I bought.
I saw that thread in August, and did my own research and analysis. What I saw was a big community and a team that did not proceed like scammers in the amount of work that they put forth in the coin. Random example, most scammers are not going to be so selective and spend literally hundreds of man hours per week reading each and every one of the participant posts to make sure they were legit posters. A scammer would just let anyone join, more people to dump on, instead of more knowledgeable participants.
They said the code is based off another open source coin. Ok, like so many other coins, all based on Bitcoin. But what about the on going development, features, android wallet? This is not a copied and pasted coin, nowhere near it.
Then it's just common sense, how STUPID would the devs have to be to put forth all this work, build such a community just to dump it all, when the alternative of continuing development and community and potentially having the marketcap for DeepOnion go into the billions of dollars would be a lot more profitable. To have what Deep Onion has reached so far in its young life is not easy at all. I'm involved in great projects that raised from 5 million to 200+ millions and they could only wish they could have 5% of the community that DeepOnion has.
I suggest read the whitepaper and checkout the roadmap, because things truly begin after the 40th airdrop.
Edit: You should also participate in the airdrop. It's one post per week on Bitcointalk and 3 posts on the main forum.
