I tested it, and worked fine for me. if you press 'view transaction'. you can find the txid and see how many conformations it has. look in the explorer and see if it arrived. maybe your wallet 1.6 is not syncing well.

This is important. Is there a way to directly contact Kucoin to check if they moved to the new wallet or still using the old one?
If they sent your funds to the old nodes, you can use the old wallet and send $ONION back to them, then you have to wait until you can confirm they updated their wallet before withdrawing your $ONION again. I'm not sure if this will work, maybe a dev can vouch for my theory.

In fact, it synced the remaining 3 weeks pretty quick.
The developers did a really great job.
