Are there any plans to get into the hardware wallet support? I don't even know, what is needed to get supported by Trezor or Ledger, does anyone know how you could reach out to them?
I think this would be a big step to get more safety, especially for user with a lot of coins.
I asked this some time ago on DeepOnion community forum. I think the only thing that's required is a large pile of cash. Very expensive to get supported by trezor / Ledger. |

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Although many people deem hardware wallets to be the most secure place for their cryptocoins, I don't fancy them at all. Hardware wallet not so secure if we look for the latest news. But in general, this is really a good alternative for those users, who use it. Someday support will be added I guess. |

Finally I full updated / upgraded my wallet  after almost 5hrs of synchronizing it its totally done ^_^ I feel like im really safe from the fork right now hehehehe ^_^ I hope other members especially those people who don't have some update about us but still have some Onions will going to update their wallet too ^_^ Good luck everyone |

Gather more $Onions now and you will not regret it soon. My friend told me that it's best to buy after the air drop is over. But I guess I should buy a small amount now. i think your friend gave really good advice. this is good strategy in fact, even if huge hodles will not sell their onions, there would be a lot of others people who will decide to sell and the price should go down, maybe quite significantly and that would be a perfect moment to enter.. I might be buy a 5k of coins, if the price would be right) Some people might sell, but there is also going to be pressure from people waiting for that day to buy. So I wouldn't be surprised it the price did actually go up on that day. Even if a person wants to sell on that day, would it really be wise to sell on a day when others are might be doing the same thing? It's like, "Oh yeah, lets sell it at the end of the airdrop, because others are going to sell and so we can sell the Onions that we have worked so hard for, for the cheapest price of the year." i have mixed feelings regarding what will happen to price at the end of airdrop, i bet devs are reserving us a surprise eventually, maybe announcing a major exchange in same date, that will sure drive price up and stem demand for onions Many people have probably mixed feelings about that moment, which means we may have some volatility. Doesn't make sense to check prices in a short timespan or in specific situations such as end of airdrop unless you have weak hands or if you are a day trader. Just accumulate as many Onions as you can and check price in 2019 |
