Do I need to sell all alts?

according to my way of thinking, it really depends on you but my advice is you need to sell your altcoin investment, to benefit from the bitcoin price increase and there are some altcoins actually have the potential to raise prices this year so altcoin holds it.

Selling your altcoins now wouldnt make any sense. They are all in such deep debt. So if you sell now, you just will realize you loss. Its better to hold them until the bullmarket comes back. In actual we can't make accurate prediction about bitcoin's price because the main reason is that all this depends upon demand and supply , since the demand is going increasing but supply is getting down that is a perfect thing for us to see bitcoin as a best asset to hold for long term .
But still here I would like to suggest you to.hold bitcoin and also altcoins for long term .
My perfect suggestion for you is to change your all altcoins into btc which are in 20-30% loss and don't touch those altcoins which are about of 50% loss , because you will needed to recover your loss and that will not be easy to recover big loss by convert your alts into bitcoin .

You never need to sell everything, you need to choose those tokens that grow and develop and keep them alive, and all others simply sell and translate into BTC and wait for market growth

I guess you do not rush to sell alts, wait until the price is really realisitis to sell. I am sure BTC prices will soon rise in some time again, albeit somewhat long enough.
