Currently approx. price of ETH has fallen from 240$ to 218$ since btc is on downtrend and has fallen from 9500 to 8900$. In order for even ETH to rise till 500$ itself may take some time as it will depend upon the move of the btc.

all altcoin price movements are bound by bitcoin price movements, so to see the ETH price back up we have to wait until the BTC price goes up again, so we just need to be patient waiting for the time to arrive.

This is very unrealistic that Ethereum will $2000 in just only two months. But, one thing here to think about that it running a bull market or it is just in the first stage of the bull. So, if it is a first stage of the ladder then may be it is possible that ETH price go to the $2000 but it will take time may be six month.

l think also so it is just dream during this time for ETH to reach 2k and it is exaggeration ETH can do it just in 2 months. That doesn't mean ETH can't do it or something else. l mean as you above mentioned it is the first stage of the bull run and during this time it is not believable for me. You are right. $ 500 looks more reasonable. don't expect too much. buy now and hope a pretty good increase. no need to be greedy with too high hopes. It is not impossible, but tips must look at market conditions with the current reality.

I miss those days very much. What a day! Everyone then dreamed big with their hold coins. Then I also thought eth would easily go 2k. It is not possible to see ETH 2k before ETH 2.0 launched. There are two factors that can affect so good on the price of ETH. Firstly ETH2.0 updating and as you know BTC must start increasing, but it seems BTC doesn't want to do it right now. We should be patient, no doubt ETH can reach this price. But about 2k ETH needs years to reach this price. 2k is not an easy goal for ETH, first, the event of the market must change.

I agree with you. It is difficult for the coin to rise because generally all altcoins in this market depend on the price of Bitcoin.
